This is a Collection Agency called CBV Collections. Sometimes they call 4 times a day.
Obviously I have them call blocked.

Why would the fact that you have them "call blocked" be obvious?

Calling 4 times a day - no voicemail.

Does that name come up on call display? Mine varies between unknown number, likely fraud and likely spam, but never with a name.

I phoned back. The service agent checked my number in their system but found nothing. It might be a proxy call by a fraud organization.

This is a scam call originating from India or Nigeria.  They pretend to be Canada Revenue or a collection agency   Neither is true. Canada Revenue does not call people.  They correspond with people by mail, Canada Post.
You should call anyone you may owe money to and ask if your file has been forwarded to a collection agency.  Get  the name and number of the agency.  It is more than likely a scam call.  They try to scare you into giving them money by saying you will go to jail, the police are in their way and other nonsense.  Do not send money or give personal info to anyone.  Also the police do not get involved with debt collection or Canada Revenue.  My brother is a cop so I checked with him.  Good luck.  By the way, area codes are bought by people in other countries who are up to no good.  This way, you are fooled into thinking the call is local
