calls several times a day... must be some kind of hotel rewards program... leaves beeping on my answer machine twice a day...

This number keeps calling me and doesn't leave a message or answer when I do answer.

Caller ID says MISSOURI. Never have answered these calls, but they sure are persistent. Called once on 7/3, then 4 times on 7/6 and once again on 7/7. I have one of those Zenith ZEP100 EZ Hang-Up buttons on 2 of my phones and as soon as I see the caller ID saying anything other than a 'real persons' name' I push the button. It plays a chime and then says "I'm sorry, this phone does not accept this type of call. Please regard this as your notification to remove this number from your list" (or something like that) and then it repeats it again and disconnects. You don't have to pick up the phone or anything, just push the button. Your phone stops ringing as soon as you push the button also. I wish they would make one that does this for you when you are not home to push the button.  :o)
The government 'do not call' list is almost a joke. It obviously does not stop ALL of the calls and I'm not real sure if it stops any? I guess most telemarketers don't care if you are on the list anyhow - who is going to enforce it, probably no one so why should they care.

GMC Vacations with the Wyndham resorts. Offered 4 day 3 night vacation for $169. Asked of they could call me back next week when my spouse is home from out of town. Gave me info, answered questions and scheduled a call back. No pressure to buy. Doing research. I am a Wyndhams Rewards member so I have no quaff with them having my number. If I decline the offer, I'll ask to be removed from call list. If it takes 30 days- oh well, I can certainly ignore the phone!

These people keep calling but hang up when I answer. I don't get how this keeps happening. We all carry cell phpones because it is easy, landlines are just about done with. I want to know how they can call your cell?? i never signed for anything but here they are.

you are wasting your time calling my number..i will continue to put it on speaker let you pay for the long distance call...with no luck....have nice day

answer it on speaker....they have to pay for call and you dont have to say a thing. I hit speaker lay the phone down and walk off.....

I called 1-800-466-1589 (Wyndham Resorts) and asked to be taken off their call list. The woman that answered wanted me to provide my name and other details. I told her no, just remove my number. Will wait and see if it works...

Called and hung up when I answered.  I'm sure that a live person will be calling me in the next few days for telemarketing purposes.

Caller has nothing to say and returning the call results in dead air.

calls all the time and cant get them to stop and its on a landline. how do you get these people to stop calling you.

Received 2,3 times a day.  Calls were disturbing.  Who ever owns this number MUST be prosecuted.

OMG!  This number keeps calling all the time; wont leave a message and hangs up on me when I say hello.  I called the 1-800-466-1589 number for 'taking my number off of the list' and was told they needed my first and last name in order to be able to register my request.  She then acted shocked that I was getting prank phone calls from her company.  

Why is it that companies are allowed to make hang up calls, they never get punished or caught, yet the laws are written to protect companies?  And why cant we ever talk to someone who actually gives a crap?

Same thing to me after someone who called and no message so I called back and listen to their message to say something about vacation or what before he/she answer then I say hello but they hung up on me for second time

They've been calling my direct line at work. I called the direct long distance # (417) 522-0186, a person answered before it rang once. I told them to remove the number, had no problems whatsoever, but it is a little annoying that it can take up to 30 days.

I recieved 2 calls today no one speaks when you answer it

I am reporting this as a nuisance number.  Someone calls from this number, waits for my answering machine message to finish and then leaves a grossly long message of beeps.  I am on the do not call list. If I am not on your do not call list, put me on.
I'm not sure what type of call is it. But also have issue with no one answering when I do pick up. So I'm terming it a prank and wish this number from being blocked are disconnected as a prank number.
