I think a class action is the next step.  Have you filed a complaint against them on the do not call list?  I have - you should too.

We have repeatly gotten phone calls from these people.  It says to push three if you don't want any more calls from there.  I habe about wore the #3 print of the button.  It does no good.  Is there any way we can stop these calls.  I have signed up for the Do Not Call List.

Ignored a call from this number to my cell on 10/16/2012.

this "card services" did stop calling for a few weeks but now getting it again.  I never answer but did put on do not call list...like others it continues.....previously id'd as cr card % reduction deal???

I have already blocked more than 20 of the numbers that call but my phone won't accept any more unwanted numbers.What I do now for amusement is when  a female responds I tell her before I can make a commitment about all the thousands I owe to credit cards I need to know more about her--what she looks like,her measurements,etc. and some of her sex likes.After giving her measurements the last agent I spoke to told me she was pregnant but had only a boyfriendAfter advising her to marry I told her she had better get out of this fraud business before they put her in  jail

Just received a phone call from this number. I did not answer it. I assume it is a telemarketer and a scam. I do not owe any creditors anything, therefore they need not be calling me.

These [***] use between 40 and 60 numbers so blocking does not work.  Once they are blocked, they use another number.  If you call their number back, you are given two options, to talk to a representative or request that you number

be added to their Do Not Call List.  I have picked the do not call option more than a dozen times and it did not stop a thing.  I have called the numbers presented on the caller id and have left voice mail messages stating that we ARE

on the government's Do Not Call service and to quit calling our number, this did not work either.

Filed a complaint with https://complaints.donotcall.gov/ twice now, no results.  Filed a complaint with the FCC tonight.

I would really like to grow a list of people willing to join a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against these scammers.

Absolutely!!  We have never gotten more junk calls since we signed up on the "Do Not Call" list.  I have a hunch that they sell your number to the "Robo-Call" people!

I just started getting these calls today and I am also on the Do not call list..I tried to call back and the recording said all representatives are busy please leave a message. I gave my phone # and said take me off your list. So now its wait & see time

If you don't mind something bogus in your contacts list, try saving their number under the name SCAM. They won't see a block, and at least you'll know not to answer.  Unfortunately, if they have lots of phone lines, you'd need to mark every one of their numbers.
