They call me several times a day but they never leave a message. If some one owed me money, I think I would be leaving a message.  If it is a bill of mine, I will NOT pay this unprofessional company. I will pay the hospital direct.

After reading some of these comments, I am now pretty sure they are a collection agency for Morristown's Healthstar Physician's group. I was a patient there in the past and have ignored the calls to my personal cell phone. I can no longer answer my home phone because of collection agencies' harassment and now my cell phone was the last resort. I screen calls from the numbers I don't know and these people NEVER leave a message. Now I can answer it so perhaps they'll stop calling me VERY EARLY in the morning.

I thought it was aweful weird when I asked this woman who she was and what company she is with. She responded back with...who is this? No. You called me. On my phone. The first thing that should come out of your mouth should not be, "I NEED TO SPEAK WITH SO AND SO". I'm going to need a "Hi, this is (blah blah) with (blah blah company) and I need to speak with so and so. Not keep getting rude with me and talking in circles until you get hung up on. WOULD NOT TELL ME WHAT COMPANY she was with. Google. He he. MANNERS GOES A LONG WAY PEOPLE.

Call from this number came in early this morning. They left no message.

'Ashley' called asking for my husband by name. When I told her he wasn't at home she gave me the (423)581-6472 number. So after hanging up (she was a total B****) I called them from a different number and reached Phyllis. She asked for my number (i gave her the number that they had used to reach my husband) and when she looked it up the name she was looking for wasnt even my husbands! They obviously can't keep their nonsense straight. And he's not late on any bills either.

your company is the one who gave the people credit---- thought you would of done some work and check the credit score out But NOOOOOOOOOOOOO too much education is needed for that. plus you wouldn't have a job rigggggggggght.. good luck in collecting your money

she is a bill collector ----who never check credit scores the joke is on her.... !!!! I got the same call .When you want answers the last thing you should be trying is being RUDE  THIS LADY SHOULD GET SOME COMMUNICATION SCHOOLING

Rang twice its a collection agency ..because when i called back it said this a a debt..The people there are very rude.  they hang up 3 times would not say who they where .said would take another route

Call all the time early am and at night. My husband and I are both sick and disabled, do not need to be harassed have no money and don't like continuous phone calls.

The lady that called me name was Kristen. They are very rude and want money over the phone and won't mail papers to prove who they are

This hateful woman started giving private information over the phone and then threatened me because I said I do not give any information over the phone!!! Her name was Phyllis!!! I'm going to contact the sheriff's dept. if they call back!!!

Called wanting to verify my birthdate before telling me a message.   Had to state 3 times that I don't verify nor do I provide my personal info on the telephone, you need to send mail.   Lady insisted that I call her back when I was "ready to talk".   I hope she doesn't hold her breath.  :-/

I just called this number and they asked me what my number was as I had blocked it and I refused to tell them until she said if you tell me your number we will remove it. This is a new phone and I owe no bills whatsoever and no one knows this number. She admitted they have probably had a wrong number and there is no excuse for this kind of call and I told her I would report it. She said she removed my number
