no one there when I answered- no message

says they're with Comcast taking a survey..I say, " I'm busy". They want to know when I will have time for the survey. I say ..NEVER!!!   Problem solved (for now).

I was searching this number and saw all these replies.. wow!  I just blocked this number.  I get a few calls a week from it and never answer, and there is never a message.

Recently began galling from this number. No one on the line when I pick up. Several times a week

Comcast came in to fix my phone lines recently; I believe this is a follow-up call to determine the quality of the service call.  They never leave a message, however, and I can't seem to get them if I call back.  Just leave a damned message, and I'll get back to you, for heck's sake!

They called, said they were Comcast. Asked if I was over 18, I said yes. Asked if I worked for Comcast then I hung up. If they are comcast they should know my information.

Has been calling my home phone for at least 3 weeks straight, every other day, leaving no message. Stop these jerks.

Continues to call. Leaves no message. Once it was the you have a problem with your computer.

I answered the call.  It is a Comcast customer service survey.  It it totally legitimate. It is not a scam.  Nobody asks for your social security number or your bank account.  The questions are legitimate customer survey questions.

take the simple initiative. if you don't recognize the phone, then don't answer your damn phone.
That's the point of caller ID. as fair as stoping these calls. lots of luck. the Gov don't call list are slump with complaints.
these spam caller will get the message, not to call yeah, yet they will change their number DUH!

I answered the lady knew my name and wanted to ask me some questions on behave of comcast. Seemed kinda iffy to me when she asked me if I'm 18 or older? I don't understand why she asked me that if she knows I'm a comcast customer wouldn't I have to be 18 or older? She couldn't answer my question so I hung up.
