Awful man calling me about a loan from 7+ years ago threatening a lawsuit for over $2k. When I asked for company information, each rep I spoke to changed mumbled something different.  A Mr. Frank Garcia is one of the rudest men I have ever spoken to.  I attempted to receive additional information regarding this so-called debt in four (4) separate phone calls (he hung up on me twice and the 3rd call was placed on hold and seconds later disconnected) and all Mr. Garcia said was that I would be served and he will see me in court.  Mr. Garcia asked me why I kept calling back and when I pressed for more information he said they only thing that would make this go away is MONEY (I wish you could have heard his tone). A legitimate company would provide you with any and all information you seek considering consumers have rights under the FDRCPA.  If they fail to provide clear and concise information about who they are and what debt you potentially owe, then get off the phone and don't pay any more attention to it. Most harassing, threatening and baseless phone call I've received in years.
