This telemarketer couldn't even tell me what company he was with other than 'card services'. When I began naming several companies and told him he can't just call people out of the blue offering lower interest rates only to NOT know which company he was with HE HUNG UP ON ME. I tried calling back only to get an automated recording that said "if you wish to be removed from out calling list ..." which I already was by the way. So there was no way to reach a business who hung up on them for asking what company they were with. My guess is they are spammers after your SSN#

I got the mystery call too from this number - no one was there, no message left.  
  I'm guessing it's a telemarketer that has a multi- line autodialer and talks to the first person that answers.

they need to be stopped, call the SONS OF ANARCHY!

recording "This is Rachel from credit card services. You have no problems with  your credit card but....." so I hung up on the recording. Captured # to research. Why can't these people be stopped?
This is the third time they called my cell.

At the first opportunity to try and get a word in, he calls me an [***] and tells me he is going to call back every day

Same describtion as posted earlier. "This is Rachel from card services....."

Completely random call to "lower interest rate" so hung up.

Just got a call from them, ignored and no voice mail.

No answer, Have been getting these calls on landline, first on cell.

They called me, and when I called back there was no information about the company they just wanted me to pick options (such as press one for this and two for that) but without any notification about what company they are! TELEMARKETER or SCAMMER

Same experience as other callers.  I pressed 1 to speak to customer service and asked to be removed from their list.  The A**hole immediately hungup.

This number has called me twice. As with the other comments this comment is simular but I have a twist.  I tried to ask for the service manager and was hung up on, and the first time I told them not to call but they did.  
So.... I called my service privider as this was my cell number.  And asked what I could do.  They put a call and text block on this number for NO additition charge.  
May I suggest all others do the same.

They just called me but I didnt answer and they didnt leave a msg.  I'm on the no call list " Irritating"

Just got this call at 3:03 on Nov 3, 2011.  No message.  They called my Cell Phone.

you dont want to talk to them I answered and asked them to remove my # and the guy "JIM" proceeded to use vulgar language an mama jokes to insult me.

This caller called my cell phone today 11/3/11. It was a recorded call but I listened to the end where it gave me the option to dial "1" to speak to a representative. They immediately said "are you ready to lower your interest rate?" and I told them I was on the do not call list. They hung up fast!!! Caller ID said they're in Renton, WA.

I also received a call from this number on my cell at 7:37 pm. I didnt not answer since I did not know the number. No vm.

Card services calling to lower my interest rates

I would like for them to stop calling since I do not have a credit card to reduce the rates

Debt services company offering lower interest rates on credit calls.  When I press 1 for  a live operator and tell them I want to be taken off their call list they hang up.  This as happened twice.
