That is absurd.

If you have an i-phone you can block the number.

Phoned left no message

They call, congratulate me for winning, and ask me if I own my home. At this point I run them in circles until they hang up in frustration, if I have time.

Trying to find out who this number belong to.

Two different numbers from area code 432 have called, this one and a 432-599-4348.The 4348 I txt and they asked if I was (my name ) I just said no and they said wrong number. This time I tried txting but no reply.

Tell them they have called a recorded government phone line and watch how fast they hang up and don't call back

If your phone number is on the do not call list, file a complaint with Do Not Call.

What a down right lie!!!

This number called me also and hung up. I had just applied for a car loan and not a few hours after they ran my credit I received the phone call from this number. After reading other comments I wonder how many of the others had just ran a credit application or anything of this kind?  Maybe its fishing for info to identity theft or CC fraud.  I highly doubt they are worried about your security in any way!!
