Call 2x no message 11 pm at night Dec
I called them and a woman answered the call & said, she did not call this #
She then said, whoever was next to her??? Did you call? So she said no,
No one called you from this #
Same person has called several times: Call 2x no message
This has been going on for 2 mths.

I filed a complaint with Bothell, WA today - RPM has not paid their business taxes and city is going to investigate.

Also sent this email to RPM:

To Whom It May Concern:
This the approximate the 20th (and final) notice that I am giving to your company that you have an incorrect phone number in your system.
This phone number is mine:   (619) XXX-XXXX
You have repeatedly called my phone, sometimes 2-3 times per day trying to collect on a debt from a person whom I do not know, never knew, and don’t want to know. I have repeatedly called you back and told you that you have the wrong number, given you the date that my phone number was issued to me by BoostMobile, and you have repeatedly assured me that your company would remove my number from your database but have failed to do so.
The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) states, in part:
Section 805(c) -- Ceasing collection calls and communication
Once debt collection agents receive written notice from a consumer that he or she refuses to pay the debt or wants the collection agent to stop further collection efforts, the agent must cease any further communication with the consumer except
(1) to advise the consumer that the debt collection agency's further efforts are being terminated;
(2) to notify the consumer that the debt collection agency or creditor may invoke specified remedies which are ordinarily invoked by such debt collection agency or creditor; or
(3) where applicable, to notify the consumer that the debt collection agency or creditor intends to invoke a specified remedy."
This shall serve to inform you that should I receive even one more call from your company that I will file a complaint under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) wherein you may be liable up to $1000.00 in statutory damages, actual damages and attorney’s fees.
This NOTICE shall constitute written notice referred to hereinabove.
In addition to this email I have also sent a copy of this email via faxsimile to 425-984-6277
Should you persist, in addition to the relief to be sought above, I shall also begin to file small claims actions in San Diego against your company and you can then come to San Diego to defend on those actions. Please take notice that my hourly billing rate is $125.00 per hour and I will seek damages for the cost of time to prosecute each claim.
It is beyond me what you hope to gain by repeatedly calling a known wrong number.

I get calls (on my cell phone) from this number all day just about every day. There is never a message left. I've even called this number back several times myself and all I get is a recording saying "all circuits are busy now, please try your call again later". One time I decided to answer and they asked for me by name, I told them RAE was not available then was instantly disconnected. The funny thing is my cell phone is under my husband's name, so how did they get my name? Who are these annoying people?

They call my cell phone multiple times, leave no msg. and when I redial, all circuts are busy.

I receive a call on my cell phone at least 2 times a day.  They never leave a message and when I justr tird to call back I get a message that all circuits are busy try again later.  If it's important they will leave a message.

I reported them for abusive language and threats.

They called our cell twice, and then I tried calling them back from our business. We just received a call saying we owe a balance of 210.00 to a company I have never heard of. When giving the number to call back, it was sped up so I could not understand it.

they called me many times. when i picked up, no one answered. then they called again and the message was sped up and i couldnt understand it. called my friend many times also.

call often and don't leave a msg.  I don't recognize the number, so I'm not answering...

I have received calls from them for the last few months. They are looking for someone I have never heard of. The phone they are calling is a business cell phone. They have promised to remove my number numerous times, but never do. When they called today, I was on another phone and did not answer, but it put me over the edge. They are in Washington State, so I went to the Attorney General's site https://fortress.wa.gov/atg/formhandler/ago/ContactForm.aspx and completed the form, and received an immediate auto response. I forwarded that to every email address on the RPM web site http://www.receivablesperformance.com/inside.php?pg=contact and soon received a call. I have a feeling they fixed it this time. We shall see.

3 rings. No one there. Called at 08:51 dst on Sunday morning.

This number calls all day and all night , every day every night if this was some sort of collection agency don't you think they would say something instead they let it ring twice and hang up! and to make matters worse I have nothing for them to be collecting on, I would really like to know how to stop this. Keep getting these same types of calls. It rings two or three times and nothing. I tried calling the number back it says disconnected. If its something they want or need they should just be man or woman enough to talk. Ugh is there any way to make it stop????

This is from a pre-collection agency. That means you are not in trouble yet but are behind in a bill and they have asked RPM to collect for them. Mine was for a Sprint bill I thought was paid and I thought my cell was turned off but I was wrong. They had turned it off but not closed my service completely. I still owed some cash. It is an autodialer. I also got many calls before I got someone on the line. If you call back, they put you on hold for 20-30 minutes and when they find out who you owe money to, they put you on hold in line again for another 30 minutes. The system sucks and they need to fix it but it is legitemate.

Keep calling and when you pick up it hangs up evevn after the first ring. The call like 5 6 times a day even on sundays.

Call at all hours and leave no message.  Call back and says number isno longer in service.
