There are lots of these numbers being used in this 'missed call' scam. It works by hoping you will call the number for which you will be billed at the international rate.

These numbers are revenue share 'premium rate' numbers.  Many of these numbers are currently being used in a multi-million euro 'missed call' scam targeting numerous other countries.
The scam revenue is being shared between the national networks in each country(Vodafone etc), Telekom Austria TA Aktiengesellschaft and Ambavox

43 is the dialing code for Austria.
0820919216 is the revenue share number and 50 is part of a 100 block (00 to 99)

you should report this to your media and your media should ask your regulators why these people are being allowed to target the public.

The european telecoms industry is making millions from this fraud and the national regulators and politicians are turning a blind eye to it.
