I have been getting phone  calls from this lady and man with heavy indian accents saying I am in trouble with the dept of justice and wanting to have me tell them my social security number.  If I don't work with them then they will have me arrested for a federal offense and the police will come to my job to arrest me and I will be in jail until I am tried by a judge.  The person on the other end of the phone says he is officer mike johnson or something like that and thelady says her name is shelly, i think.  then today I got a call on my job from these people because i would not reply to the messages left or i would just hang up on them.  I am so irritated, how do i get rid of them.  i reported them to fbi, internet fraud, and my mom called the dpt of justice to report it for me since i was at work.  this harrassment is so not needed. how in the world did they even get my work number?

I got a call (several calls) from this number also-it is a Margaret Smith a Robert WIlson which knocked me off my feet because they have such American sounding names that is if you can make out what they are talking about after they give the 'Name' These people are rude behond belief-they have also called friends of mine (how they got the number I am still trying to find out) These people have to be stopped-they have made me cuss because they don't care when they call at work or at home-I think these people need to take a pill and stop calling innocent people talking about jail and such-

I also got a call today and i told the man that i had no idea what he was talking about that i owed no one money. And especially in the amount he was telling me cuz no way in hell would someone let me borrow that kind of money...anyway i got his supposedly FED ID number..but yea right..i knoiw that the dept of justice would not do that.. they would possibly send a letter first and utmost have someone who actually speaks decent english calling me..but the scary part is the f**** dude has my ss number..im goin to ss and reporting it tomorrow

hes been callin my mom non stop so she hangs up or tryed to get him to tell her al what he wants well now hes callin my cell phone he knows my name and my cell phone is in my boyfriends name but he still wants my mom...i wish they would catch this guy cause hes really starting to make me real mad

I also received a call (x3) from this Paul Walker from the Department of Justice. Left a threatining message after I did not pick up the call.  Guess they are coming to get me. LOL. I filed a complaint with the real department of justice.  Wow am I glad I looked this up!  I wonder how many poor law abiding people have fallen for this.  What a shame!

WOW How Can These Jerks keep doing this ! Can you imagine the Older people that call back & give them info or Money ??!! Sometimes They call My Mothers House, My Cell My House ect... & Friends & college's ! WHAT THE U KNOW WHAT !!!!!!!LIKE MANY OF THE EMAILS HERE, THEY SCARE YOU UNNECESSARILY WITH WORRY! THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING TO ME FOR 3 YEARS NOW ! THE WAY THEY FIND YOUR NUMBER IS,WHEN You Unsubscribe on a Site or a Payday loan even IF it says it's in the USA it maybe, but it's just a pick up & transfers your info Overseas!! try to go on the do not call list not sure they Are Set Up 4 Cell & Other numbers you may use !   Red Flag !!!!!! is if they say there name is like mine Daniel Smith & speak Hardly A Word Of English ! what next John Doe!!! Somethings are Great on the Net , but others just Aren't worth it ,They also say get your attorney to Call Them this is there Way of Scaring You Into Their Scam !           BELIEVE ME, IF HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH A POLICE MATTER OR A CASE AGAINST YOU , YOU WOULD HAVE A WHERE EVER YOU LIVE, A OFFICER FROM THE STATE POLICE OR THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT WOULD COME TO YOUR FRONT DOOR & THAT'S FROM THE POLICE THEMSELVES !

Sorry I can't even say my real name in case, they get on this list to! Plus the Federal Information Act does allow people into private records?! Hence all these calls! So stupid in this age plus they have theses sites that u can look up any name & info for a price!! I vcontinously get calls from this number everyday.  Says her name is Officer Margaret Wilson, phone number 440 695 3062 ext# 1858.  I finally got thru today and she told me to get lost.  She keeps calling my job as well.  I need help!

They called saying they were an office from some legal dept and there is a file case on me

Have recieved calls from 440-695-3062 and 412-259-3173 each saying that they were an officer for the dept of justice.  Each time they have had heavy foreign accents men and women.  They will not tell me why they are calling or what I have supposedly done.  They are very rude and obnoxious.  Each time I have told them that I know they are a scam and if they continue to call me at work or on my cell I would report them. They just call from a different # and the same thing happens again.  Anyone know how to get them to stop??

Caller told me he was a Federal officer and told me that if I didn't pay on an account from an American Cash Advance, I would be fined $67500.00

got a  call from this 440 area code number, foreigner saying that I can be locked up if i do not pay back a loan of $67,000, he was calling from the federal crime division, his name was daniel smith, badge #3265ds; reported it to my local police department, filed a fraud alert to the three credit companies; and filed a complaint with the FBI, Federal trade commission and the BBB

Hi, I have been getting calls from this number for the past 3 days. Only it is "Officer Andy Lawson" from the Federal Crime Dept. He ranted and raved about me defaulting on a loan (which I never received) and even knew my bank name. I was going to be arrested, jailed and prosecuted for fraud. Evidently the Federal government is now in the business of collecting debts. The foreign accent was hard to miss. Evidently in India you can go to jail for having debts. Checked my bank account to make sure no one had deposited or removed funds from my account, and there were none. Do these people really think that I am going to give them my debit card or bank account number along with the "access" they need?

I just received a call from a male with a foreign accent claiming that his name is Officer Daniel Smith from the Federal Crime Dept. Saying that a serious offense have been filed against my name & social security number. I asked what was the offense, & who filed it but he never would say. So I told him that I'm about to contact my attorney as well as the attorney general regulations office. I then told Jim tohave a nice day & hung up. This man then called back trying to intimidate me and I told him that I have his info the ppl that I'm forwarding to, and not to call me back because I'm repeating him for harassment. Hung up again, and he didn't call back. I'm still making those notifications because I did notice that he became quiet aggressive when I said that this is fraud, and a scam.

this caller with a foreign accent kept calling my place of employment and now im in a process off maybe getting terminated...this guys calls 10x daily my home, job, my wife's cell, and my own as well! all he kept asking for was my credit card information wtf! this guy is crazy; he even threaten my boss, the officer that was on site that he was going to kick their you know what! he is crazy! the other numbers that they call from are 000-000-0000 what is that are you serious?!

Got a call from this # stating his name was John Rice; told me he was from Federal Crimes Dept and I or my attorney of record should call him back right away. At end of message says if I ignore this call, the only thing he can do is wish me good luck and watch out for what unfolds with me.
