I received a missed call also from this Number, I'm from chile south america

I am in Panama and this morning I received a call from this number. He claimed to be some Chris something from Commercial Business Marketing or something like that. Did not sound very authentic to me. The voice was a male's with a bit of noise in the background and although very fluent in English I got the impression it was a text-to-voice speech synthesis because there was something odd about the voice.

He claimed to the the portal to some influential people that were looking for small businesses with great ideas. Immediately he asked for my name so I told him my first name. Then he wanted to get my last name, and I got suspicious. I indicated I did not give such information to people I didn't know and he tried to convince me saying he "guaranteed the proper use of my private information" and insisted on my last name like five (5) times even after I told him several times to leave it at that, that I was not interested. He was pushy saying that without that information the other "influential" people would not be able to give me the information and that I would get the information from them. Very suspicious to get a cold call and not want to give you even a website address where to get more information (even then I would think it is a SCAM or fake website). I also stated I was not interested in acquiring ANY services but he kept on insisting on getting my information.

In the end he politely closed the conversation saying I would be called later on by them.

How should I report this to corresponding officials

I have recevide a call from this number on 11.7.2017 at 1:01 am, Oman time. I did not answere it.

They call weekly from several UK numbers asking for finantial details for some business magazine (seams they don't always report the same one). There English is poor with a heavy Indian accent. They don't respect you asking to be taken of the call list.
