So I looked up NCO's 800 # and called them. Gave them my phone # and said they were calling on an eBay account. That account was paid three years ago but I've never been able to access my eBay account having been banned. I always thought that was odd until now I'm getting these calls. So NCO gives me a reference # and another line to call to take care of it. Called the 877 and it's NCO but they can't pull my file up at all. She asked for my SS which I refused to give. So a name search finds nothing and the reference ID doesn't pull up squat. Nice they have their act together but they're rated "so highly" according to the website. Supposedly they will not be calling me any further. Yeah right.

I get calls from these people all the time. I do not know who they are. I know at on point they were asking for my EX husband and we have not been married for 7 years now. They will call all the way up to 10-11pm at night and wake up the baby. I do have a silent ring for people I do not know now. I will not answer the phone and I will not pay for something my EX did. My EX needs to go to prison and so do these rude people.

This as you can see from other posts this is a Debt Collector, in my case I tried to work with the Credit Card Company.... They sold the Account 2-3 times... so now each of the buyers of that account have filed with a collection service some the same service... So I have given my sad store to each in hopes of fixing the problem! That will not work! Do not pay any Debt Collection service...ever! You will never see the end of calls or harassment, unless you use legal methods... and even then you will be sending proof for years... Take the hit on your credit report... thier threat is to ruin your good credit.... I laugh and tell them that happen long ago... I don't need Credit... I Pay Cash! I use a caller ID and computer to answer my Phone... each Unknown number is checked and added to a "Do Not Answer" list so any time one of these calls comes in I see  "Do Not Answer".... Most people don't need a listed number, the Collection Service can get your unlisted number, but it takes time... Flood the Data bases with wrong info... ( if you really have troubles) Looks Like you move all the time, It's a numbers game.

The new world order will be with less focus on Credit... We as Americans will stop living on Debt... Now is the time to shed the Debt you have and walk away... best time in History!

Not only do they call 10+ times a day relentlessly...but they never leave a message. They collect for Paypal and Amazon...among others I am sure. BUT BEWARE...once you do talk to one of the collectors...WATCH OUT... they are fast talking...foreign accented....rude...and inistent. HIGH PRESSURE and cant understand them AT ALL!!! When I politely asked if they could slow down so I could understand them... they got ingignant and spoke even faster.

I had to block all calls on my cell phone, except from those in my address book.  Here is how many times this number has called me over the last week and a half.

No message ever left.  I will be sending them a certified letter this week.

NCO recieved a cease and desist letter from me today via certified mail.  I received the signature that they received it this morning.  I have received several calls from 2 different numbers of theirs today.

Not necissarily debt collector. Phising.

NCO. They are horrible dickwads. They pass the calls from call center to call center with different phone numbers thinking that YOU are too STUPID to think that they are anybody else but a debt collector. In my line of work I need to answer each call, however, when I pick up the phone and say, "hello" and it takes more than 1-5 seconds to answer back and it is just plain dead air, I know who you are. An automated calling system. Guess what? I'M HANGING UP as soon as you say "Is (so-in-so there)". Also if you cannot pronounce my name, don't pretend to be my friend or someone that knows me, because you dont.

How do I stop calls from this number 443-205-1045.  Sounds like SPAM to me.  HELP

These number keeps calling our cell

I have received a lot of calls from several phone numbers, including this one (4432050145). Researching them all indicates that these numbers belong to NCO Financial (and other unknown listings). When I call back, the exact message I get is "thank you for calling - all of our agents our busy - please stay on the line for the next available agent". NO OTHER IDENTIFICATION GIVEN. If this happens to you, I would urge you to hang up. If they are LEGITIMATE DEBT COLLECTORS (is there such a thing as a legitimate debt collector?), they will not need to ask the questions they almost always do when you actually talk to a (so-called) human being.
