This is a scam! Run by Nigerians.
I have the same text message saying I won 415000pounds.
It's a scam run by the same scammers that run other operations like job offers scams.
They want you to send them money via Western Union.
Please don't. It is a scam. You did not win any money.
They use the same number and address for the other scams as well. Last year they had a job offer scam for teachers to work in London for Lukoil.uk. Scam scam scam

Knowing all the scams that have gone on lately and people who have been affected by them it is most likely the Nigerians once again. Don't be fooled people. If they send you a form to fill out then ask you to pay some contribution then its definitely a SCAM so don't get sucked in cos you could end up losing a lot

I called and asked the question. Customer service were helpful and asked me to email any evidence of an abuse of service to abuse@open-telecom.co.uk They stated that there are many legitimate users of the service and all help to catch fraudsters is much appreciated.
