Probably a spoofed number; when answering, the other side is silent for several seconds and then a recording says "Goodbye", which is the mark of fraudsters using a automated calling system but not having any living crook ready to try and scam you.

4x a day  or more   7/7   fed up

3rd time they called in a month. They use a robot dialer that makes the connection only after several seconds, if the annoying peddler is 'free'. They try to push some kind of silly 'natural' product, which ought to be good for everything since they are 'natural' (sure... toxic mushrooms are natural too, aren't they?).

Je reçois des appels régulièrement de ce numéro.  Je ne réponds pas mais que cela s'arrête.

They call saying that you have ordered something and they need your card number to send it over. SCAM do not fall for it. I asked there website and the company doe not even exist.

I report it to the government. They harass us by calling twice a day and getting mad about the fact I tell them to stop calling this number. f*king SCAMMERS, go get a real job!
