The number keeps calling and calling and calling, they wont leave a message, but damn if they dont call 100,000 times a day!! How do i get it to stop???

I just received a call from this number about 1 hour ago, did not leave a message. Did not know number that was showing . Did not answer. I do not know who these people are or what they want. Will not answer call and give information .

i keep receiving this number too and i notice i am receiving another number about the same thing. So i dont answer but thank you for helping me because this number is getting on my last nerves.

What ever you do, do not give or comfirm any information.  They can collect data just by questioning you.  Continue to request info instead or tell them you rather see them in court.  I've seen reports on this with the evening news.  If you can contact your local news you'd be suprise the assistance you may receive.

When I got a call from these cretins threatening to send me to jail (duh - there is no debtor's prison, morons), lawsuit, sheriff coming to get me, blah blah blah...I responded with, "Give me the court case number so I can look it up through the court system."  The lady got really pissed, stammered for a few moments, then rudely said, "You know what, ma'am - have a good day."  I did have a good day and they quit calling me.

This number is a scam. They say they are road to rocover and want to help you with ur pay day loan.  Really they are the same people who call and harass people saying you owe money and will go to jail if you do not pay. The leaders REAL name is a MR DIAZ. Other information is going to remain confidential.   They are soon to be brought Down so if they call you give NO INFORMATION to them, simply hang up.

How do you get these guys to stop calling?  They are even calling my work!!

A real good whistle will stop them when I blow their ear drum. I look forward to these scam calls now I blow my whistle as hat and loud as I can.

I just got a call from them as well and they said that I have a loan in the amount of $550.00 that I need to pay off today or there will be an bench warrant for my arrest.  The funny thing is that I don't have a loan.

same as the others they are threatening me constantly tell them to send to the information and they refuse. can't get them to stop.

This people are illegal.  If you have had payday loans find out if these are illegal in your state.  Most of them operate illegally..  Do your research and find out.  Don't let them take away your peace of mind.  They are simply thifs

This number called my husband 4 times today.  There was a smiliar number out of Avenal, CA that threaten my husband that a police officer will be knocking at our door to serve him.  This person sounds like he is from India, and he also called my husbands work which is the government and threaten the people that answers the phone. He was yelling at the employee of the government calling names.  I reported to the Better Business Bureau out of Avenal, CA.  These people change the number not to identify themselves but it will catch up to them.  Continue to report to the Better Business Bureau.

I received a simular call I put a do not disturb call on my cell phone.

I called back and told the lady stop calling me. She went into her routine "we are a debt collector, etc". I interrupted and said shut up shut shut up shut up" and they hung up. I called back 6 more times and interrupted them mid sentence and told them I am aware they are a scam and I am having my atty investigate and they better never call me again. Now they wont answer MY calls, and my phone stopped ringing.

First of all it is illegal for any entity to sell your personal private information and give it to a third party.  This company has done just that.  It is against fair legal practices for them to threaten you with jail time when a very old payday loan does not qualify for such!

These are scam artists.  Do not listen to them.  First of all you will ask them for  a debt validation letter.  They will give you some PO Box.  Demand their physical address for the "your attorney" whether you have one or not.  You could be in process of getting one for all they know.  They will talk over you. They will talk fast and loud.  This is the intimidation procedure.  They will convince you that you have a criminal bench warrant.  They can do no such thing.  If you can get an actual physical address report them to the attorney general, the FBI, and Internet crimes unit.  They will never give you a physical address.  Many times when attorneys try to go after these scammers, the address is bogus and a hole in the road.  Doesn't exist. They get many unsuspecting people this way.  Don't be one of them.  If they do not send you a debt validation letter then do not believe anything they say.  I had one send me a computer generated debt validation letter. I showed it to the attorney and he said it had scam written all over it. Ex.  USB mediations 2809 Wherle Dr., Suite #3, Williamsville, New York 14221 doesn not exist at all.  There is no Attorney Christopher House in the state of New York or New Jersey.  There is no paralegal by the name or Lori Richxxxxx.  Do not succumb to their scam. They can not take you to jail.

This number is coming from Road to Recovery/Payday loans consolidation.  458-201-0414 out of Oregon?? However, this number has been spoofed so you can not file a complaint.  However, the spoofing does not work.  The FBI can still find their ways to trace the company and their calls. What they do is suck your money our of your checking every week.  They will promise they will consolidate your payday loans.  They do not consolidate your payday loans.  They do take your money.  When you call to see if they are working on your loans, they will say..."well we sent them a debt validation letter and they have ignored us completely"  We have received no response...AKA: we are going to take your money and pretend to do something but we won't. So now you will have them taking your money and the original pay day loans will be calling you for your money.  These agencies are a joke!! Do not believe them.
