They call nearly every day, for at least a month now. I will never answer a call from them.

I've received unwanted calls from these jerks nearly every day for a month or more. From elsewhere, I've learned the slimey organization behind these deceptive calls is America's Business Benefit Association. Some info:

This outfit calls my home phone nearly every day for several weeks now. From an outside phone I called the number and they answered "American Business Association, leave your number and the nature of your call" I did neither.

They call but don't leave a message.

another call today from this number. they have called many times before, never leave a message. i am on DO NOT CALL list. aren't their calls illegal?

I have been receiving calls from this number as well--I am on the "do not call" list!  They leave no message--is this legal?

Keep calling and hanging when we answered.. This is a business, like we have nothing to do but answer a call and get hung up on.

Hangs up - Never leaves a message.  Calls every day; sometimes 2-3 times.

Called and did not leave a message.

Called and left a very vague and slightly ominous message about contacting them or they'd call back. Nothing specific, but they used my first name in the message.

I called and heard answering machine for America business benefits association. needless to say i did not leave a message...and they would do well not to get me on the line.....

As an insurance agent who market affordable health plans to individuals and small business owners for one of their competitors, it may benefit you to know that it is "POINTLess" to leave a message.  Whenever you or someone you know (spouse/parent/child)inquires online for health insurance, a dozen or so lead companies pop up (Insurme, Netquote, etc.). We agents pay anywhere from $11-$20 per lead, many of which are worthless.  If we leave our name and number, we receive very few callbacks.  That is why "the hang-up."  Our chances of getting in front of you (because if you need insurance, we have something of value to bring to the table) are much better if you pick up your telephone and we talk to a live person.

I spent a lot of time running this down. The person to call is Kyle at (972) 915-4453. He told me he was the person that can make the calls stop.

They have called my business nearly 100 times over the last 2 days. They are tying up my phone lines. Fortunately, I have the call logs to prove it. I'm filing a complaint with the FTC.

These calls starting arriving after I took out a Gap credit card.  I have since cancelled it but the calls keep coming.

From what I understand if a company gets enough complaints, they'll go after them. LOL.

They are trying to sell health insurance for businesses or to individuals.
