Just got a phone call from DAVID regarding a payday loan I didn't pay back.  then he saud I owe Walmart--which I mention slightly when I spoke to his employee at first.  He had my ss #, address and bank info. I called the creditor to which I owe money to and they said this is a SCAM and do not give them any additional info.
Foreign Accent.  DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. I applied for online payday loans and that was a HUGE mistake as you can see.

Just got a call at work, a lawfirm , a call from Samuel Lewis and he said the same thing in reference to being arrested and charges were filed against me. My information was stolen and this is a result of it. After getting no info from him as to who was suing me I hung up and looked up the number. I called back and ask to speak with him but Joni would not transfer. I asked her to stay on the line so that I could trace the call...she hung up. I have made everyone aware of the phone call...please get the word out and notify your local authorities.

Thank GOD for this site - it really calmed me down when I received a phone call at WORK no less stating that if I didn't give them further information, the "proper authorities would be sent to bring me in" on numerous charges - strangely enough - the same ones listed on here... exactly.

They knew my cell phone, my work phone, my address, place of work, social security number, and at least who I bank with - if not the account number as well.  

DO NOT give them any information even under the threat of being "arrested".

I've filed a complaint with the Attorney General here in NH, and sent in another tip to the FBI as they are claiming to be part of our government, which in itself is highly illegal.

I just gave this guy who has been leaving me messages the [***] chewing of his life. I also filed a harrasement charge against them in the city I am in. I will update if I do not hear from them again. I read a previous post that stated if you let them know that YOU know they're liars and that it is a scam, then they will back down. We will see..

some lady here in Indianapolis went to the tv station with these bogus calls last nite. we even got to hear the msg left on her phone. maybe this will shakes them up or close them down. i thought about doing the same thing. let me know what you all think. get rid of these scammers once and for all.

He harasses me at work, home phone, cell phone.
I owe no money that is over due.
