keeps calling but don't leave no message

Asking for someone who does not live here on my landline.  Told them no one by that name lives here and stop calling.  Got 2 more calls after that!

are you sure this is citibank? I'm helping a friend who is absolutely overwhelmed by calls from this number for a person who no longer is associated with this number. my friend changed cell phone providers, was given this number, and has been through hell since but the calls continue. i told my friend, who has had 13 heart attacks, that I would take the calls when i was present to avoid health risks. i spoke very calmly with a gentleman from citibank (calling from another number) who advised me my friend's number would be removed but the calls are continuing to come in from this number on an average of about 12 times a day...they don't speak, never leave a message, put dead air on the line, which initiates a voicemail message, and on and on.

Several times a day past 2 days. I have Xfinity voice but don't use it.  Try to access VM, but only shows msg to contact provider. Going to investigate further...
