Got this call today. Woman with an apprently nordic accent thought I had picked up and said:"Hello... hello. If you will not speak, I must hang up." Click, buzz.

That number called our residential phone, and we did not answer:
3/11 - 3 times
3/12 - 1 time
3/13 - 1 time
Nothing so far today, 3/14, after typical times they called.

Received call this morning.  Said he was from T-Mobile and he was pleased to tell me I would be getting a free cell phone.  At that point I said no thanks and hung up.

I received a call from this number on 4/28/08. I live in New Mexico.

They've been calling almost daily for weeks.  I was actually home today to answer this time.  The telemarketer had a heavy east Indian accent.  She claimed to be calling from Harrison, New Jersey on behalf of Direct TV.  I asked to be placed on their do-not-call list.  We'll see how that works out.

5/16/2008. Got a call from 471-320-0100 and they said they were Hughes.net.  Wanted to sell me satelite internet at 79.99 a month. Thats 50.00 more than my internet now.  Goggling the number says there is no 471 area code.

someone called me from a 471 area code AT WORK asking me if I wore thong panties.... i got really freaked out and hung up the phone. Now I'm at work pondering on who and why the person was calling.
EWWW!!

I've been getting these calls for a couple weeks now. Every few days or so.. a few times they've even called at 2 or 3 in the morning.. EXTREMELY annoying and obnoxious. The woman on the line sounds African or Middle Eastern and simply says "hello" after EVERYTHING I say. The number is a little different each time, but they're all from the 471 area code and it's always the same woman doing the same thing.
