Caller called and left a voice mail left name stated it was a personal call and said call back. Who is this calling me?

A "Carrie" called asking for a reference check. When I told her I didn't know the person she had an attitude about it.  She never mentioned from what company she was calling from and refused to let us know. All these scammers think they're so smart, but don't they know technology is a wonderful thing?! We eventually can find out who they are and their location!!

A gentleman called me from this number. He said he has a personal matter to discuss with me.  He wanted the last four of my social security number.  I said I don't give that out to a person who calls me. Then he asked me for my address.  I said I am not telling a total stranger my address. He thanked me and hung up.

Called and told me I owe the county jail money and if I didn’t pay the police would come pick me up
