Ask a bunch of questions about their service and keep them on the line as long as possible.

Then try to get an AARP discount because your only source if income is Social Security ( because you are HIV positive).
Unless you can get a 50% discount there is no way you can afford it.
Don't let them off of the line without thinking they came a very close to a sale.
Then start to tell them about Jesus and how he can change your life, Jesus has turned you from a crack addicted HIV positive homeless homosexual shoplifter.

The fact is that someone with a caller ID Alaskan Quality who identifies themselves as Alaskan Home Services IS calling numbers listed on the Do Not Call list clearly in violation of the Do Not Call list.

How exactly would that be libel, dumbass?

Libel is publishing or broadcasting false and malicious information.  The fact that they are voluntarily ignoring and violating the Do Not Call list is TRUE, therefore it cannot be libelous.

Here's a quarter, buy a clue.

They're still at it as of today, "Alaskan Quality".  I'd say the quality is pretty low.

Caller called my cell phone (used to be my home phone) -- number has been on National and Texas Do Not Call list for 6+ years.  I asked them to remove me from their call list.

This company are bottom-feeding scum.  They are abusing the very telephone networks we pay for.  They need to stop harrasing people for business and anyone who awards them with any business is as bad as they are.  Hang up with extreme prejudice.

Everyone who is getting calls from Alaskan Quality (AQS on my caller ID) from phone number 480-385-2899 needs to file a complaint with the FCC for violation of the "national Do Not Call" regs.  If enough people file, they will do something to them.  Complaining on this site does nothing to stop them.  I didn't get to talk to a person - when I answered a man was talking to another telemarketer and when I asked what he said, he just cut me off.

Watch out for calls from this number, saying they are from the UPS and needing to confirm my home address for a delivery.  He hung up as soon as I asked which UPS location he was calling from.  I found out the caller was calling from Nigeria, using a calling card routed through this Phoenix area code and exchange.  This is one of those internet email scams now moved over to direct calling.  Sometimes, they will say you have some funds that they are trying to get over to you.  The Nigerian scam is now as persistent as ever. They are not just through emails anymore.

TAG, anybody jumping to the defense of a telemarketer that's violating ALL the federal regs must be a telemarketer himself.  So, do you work for Alaskan Quality WHATEVER THEY DECIDE TO SUFFIX, or someone else?  They're so OBVIOUSLY not UNAWARE, they've even taken the NEXT FCC violation step and stopped sending caller ID information entirely...NOT TO MENTION the NEW regs about robotic calling.

I just reported AQS 480-385-2899 to the FCC again.  I told them I has reported them and was going to do so evey time they called.  The lady said "Go ahead" and hung up.  They asked for  the homeowner so this is some type of "service" company.

I received their call today; the DNC list means nothing to them. It does to me though and I continue to file reports. My small children get out of school in an hour and the call woke me up. I am young but have progressive neurological disease and rest is important. This company messed up this afternoon, which will butterfly effect into tonight. These companies have no idea what they are doing sometimes when they call, and it can go far beyond the telephone.

Now they are using AQS rather than Phoenix in the Caller ID.  I just blocked the call not worth the time to deal with some bimbo at the office or get busy circuits.  Sleazy operation apparently.

These scammers call and hang up many times in the past couple of weeks, Only once did they actually say anything and they were trying to sell me some probably bogus home warranty.

Fraud sales call. They pretend to be our merchant to switch our account under theirs. The person was rude and called immediately after being told we are not interested. The second time he called back I told him we are not interested and his reply was "I have a right to call" and had a rude sarcastic tone.
