Patriot Air Conditioning called me today, 17:40.  We're on DNC list.  This company needs to be stopped.  What use is the DNC list when companies like this can totally disregard the list and call anyone they like?

Good luck with that.  I have reported dozens and dozens of "sales" calls and I still get them.
I've been on the DNC list for years for what it's worth.....This evening I got a telemarketer from Patriot Air on my CELL phone!  ARGHHH!!

Really???? You only solicit people you know??? Then how is it that I just got a telemarketer soliciting service on my CELL phone??   I have NEVER done business with Patriot Air nor have I ever contacted Patriot Air..

I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know, but it scares me because it might be my son and  something has happened to him.  This phone number 480-388-3117 did not leave a message, so I googled it.  I am on the do not call list.  I thought that telemarketers could not call cell phones?  When did this be okay?

The 480-388-3117 Air conditioner Telemarketer calling you deserves you teach them a lesson.  They are looking for an excuse for you to call and go around the Do Not Call law.  Here are some ideas.  
#1 Call them and make an appointment but send them to the wrong address.
#2 Call their fax number and send them a fax asking only, not to call you.  Hundreds of times.
#3 Call their office every few minutes and tell them to remove you from their calling list.  Hang up.
#4 Send them emails requesting a, Do Not Call.  Hundreds.  Do it at night for a morning surprise.
The idea is to jam their systems of operations and make them waste a lot of time. You don't have to give them your phone number.  They will figure that out in time or caller ID.  You can quit calling after the phone company calls you and asks you to quit.  The telemarketer better comply with the law or else!  I captured their phone number in my cell phone memory.  I named them "Z Junk" and selected a silent ring tone for that number.  Their office and fax,  480-388-3100.  www.patriotaz.com   Go get'em.

Just got a call on my CELL from 480-388-3117.  I answered and they hung up.  Grrrr! :o(

It could be worse, it could be american home maintenance calling you.  they are the WORST for repetitive calling by an automatic dialing system.  and their customer service people are among the rudest i have ever dealt with.  but yes, I just received a call from this number and they hung up.  It was on my cell phone and I have been registered with the national dnc since day one (and have renewed like clockwork every time it expires).  I even checked my registration after receiving the call and was verified February of this year.  come on telemarketers, go get a real job.  or just go back to selling drugs or whatever it was you got busted doing which is why you can only get a job at a telekemarketing place.

Annoying call from air conditioning company.

These idiots keep calling my cell phone at all hours. I am really sick and tired of it. My sick husband & kids with special needs don't need this aggrevation nor do I. I will file complaints. They definately don't want me to show up there!!!

They're [***]-sucking telemarketers. Let them ring and ring! I just answer without saying anything and hang up.

These people can make a living on someone else's time other than mine.

They've called me twice and hung up right as I answered. I have no idea how they got my number as I haven't used it for anything lately. I spent a few hours leaving them messages about the video game I was playing and filling up their machine.

A guy called said he was from Patriot Air conditioning, I told him not to call again that this was a business line, and not to call again and that we were on the DNC list, he went on blah, blah, blah, I then told him look pal I don't need your services and don't call again, then he said well how about a [***] from my secretary instead?  I hung up.  Wouldn't that be considered solicitation for prostitution or something to that effect???
