That's a load of B.S. I'm getting calls from this number, and my domains have never been registered with you. What a coincidence--I just listed this number on my website yesterday. Reported to FTC.

This number has nothing to do with Casale.in - whoever that is.

480.624.2500 is a number related to Godaddy, which is a HUGE web hosting company. I'll explain - Godaddy offers reseller accounts to businesses that would like to sell web hosting, domain names etc. As part of their reseller account they get free support and such for their (the resellers) customers. The number associated with that support is 480.624.2500. That is the reason your call may be from a variety of different company names.

If you purchase a product, or add items to a shopping cart at a reseller company, someone from support may follow up with you to offer help or advice on the products that will work best.

I do not work at Godaddy, I have a reseller account associated with my Website Design business and that is where my knowledge of this comes from.

You are all wrong... this number belongs to all reseller hosting companies using the  host Otter Pro Reseller. This includes many web hosting companies including GoDaddy

have you tried to google otter pro resellers... not there.  This number IS indeed a blanket support number for ALL Godaddy/WildWest Domains resellers.  It's purpose is to provide a more generic phone number than Godaddy's support number.  If you call Godaddy the identify themselves as such.  If you call this posted number, they answer something along the lines of Thank you for calling customer support, can i have your accont number?"  WIth the account number, or after a name look up, they know what reseller your account is with.

We are resellers.  This is our support number, shared with all other Godadd/WWD resellers.

I noticed that in Jan my checking account was hit with a debit charge of $8.67 fromDOMAIN/HOSTING SRVCS 480-6242500 AZ 01/12.  Our Domain Hosting is thru EASYCGI,COM for $10.95 a month.  
I called the 480-624-2500 number and the ONLY way they could help me is if I gave them my debit card number OR my bank account routing and account numberr...NOT gonna happen.  

My only option is to destroy  and replace my debit card which is a pain since it is on the majority of my automatic billing accounts.  

Who do we notify to file a complaint?

They've hit me each month for $4.99 and now this month for $29.99. My bank cancelled my debit card and sent me a new one but the charges keep occurring. Now I'm having to go through it all again... I have no idea who this company is or how they have my information.

Problem: Calls me at midnight to renew my domain names. Wrongly charges me.

I gave them my confirmation to renew all my domain names for $1 per year which totals $7. But when I found my credit card statement they renewed each of my domain name for $7 which totaled $49. I again called them and asked them to correct their billing. Later, after 15 days, they corrected my billing and refunded the extra amount.
