This number calls me daily and I can hear background noise but they will not speak. When i answer they will hang up. On the voice mail it says something about DOBA and domain names etc but does not allow for voicemail because it is full. sick of the calling...

They try to sell you a service and pressure to pay with CC, just don't answer if you don't have friendsin AZ.

This no. calls my cell phone at least twice a day!!!!  How can I get this to stop!!  So annoyed!!

Been receiving calls daily from this number since October 30, 2014. On November 17,2014 they called 24 times. Again  6 times on Nov. 18,2014. Again 11 times on Jan. 23,2015. I leave my phone unplugged due to this harassment!  If this caller/ telemarketer is known then why are they not being stopped??
I did file a complaint with FCC on 12-05-2014 but obviously has done no good.
I also have blocked this number but it keeps showing up on my list of missed calls.
The most recent calls were made Feb. 05,2015. Now going to twice daily instead of 24 times. Still considered unwanted calls and harassing as I am also on the Do Not Call List. Something else that does not work.

Because the FCC cannot stop nefarious offshore people from dialling US numbers with automated computer systems masking the calls to look like local numbers. Call your telephone company, and without going into all manner of detail and argument simply tell them that you are receiving harassing and threatening calls from this number all day and night, and you want them to block the number permanently from calling you. Then have a cup of tea and take a lie down.

They call from 4086966078 and hang up several times then somebody tells me they are calling to help because of bad coaching I've received before, Paypal is free, Doba is free and they only charge $39.95 for a complete website business with marketing, . . . . Then a few promises, , . . . once they asked me to share all my business with them I hung up.  =  * * * SCAM * * * obviously

I've gotten 30+ calls from them over the last few months. Called back and the recording said they were Doba, wanting to hook my business up with dropshipping or something. I finally saved the # under "ignore" in my address book.

Stop Calling

Just received a phone call from this number and the voicemail said "so f*** you". Great thing to hear before work.

Answered the phone by mistake, could hear background noise but wouldn't speak then hung up. Caller ID Phoenix, AZ. It is right that I block the # & they will use another #. It happened to me many many times.

Received several calls from this number. No one answered and they did not leave a message. Placed the number in my contact list. I then placed that contact in my "Decline" list. Now I have blissful silence. "CHEERS!"

This is Doba An Online Dropshipper. They find companies for you to sell for online. The profit margins suck, shipping is slow and most times items are out of stock. It does not matter how many times you tell them that you are not interested, they will continue to call. Sad thing is, they have numbers all over the US and they are located in Utah.

This number calls my phone yet leaves no message. How can I block them?

This caller does not answer what so ever.

Call all the time.  Hang up when I answer.  If I call them back no one ever answers.  Very annoying.  Stop Calling.

Recording, soliciting you to join them by saying they got your info from the internet as you were interested in working online  doing drop shipping.
