We receive a call from them almost every day; and that for months.  What can we do?

We are on the do-not-call list.  Apparently, this does not deter them.

Calls from this number just ring........never a voice message.......just a hangup.  This is really getting old and tiring.

got another call today from a guy trying to find out what my electric bill was.  finally picked it up because this number is calling all the time and I am ignoring it.  I asked his name, but he gave me a fake name I am sure.  Said he was thinking about getting solar for his home, I already told him I have it.  He gave the name as Jim Call which sounds pretty weird to me.  said he would call again but the next time I won't answer....

Why do they call and hang up? What good does it do? Can I really get money from a lawsuit for phone harassment?

Yep - they are at it again - and they use an "Unknown Number" on their Caller ID tag...shame, shame...shame

I sit two chairs down from Jim Call, he very knowledgeable about solar and all things green, and i have seen his ID, Yes it is Jim Call not a sales call

we have recieved calls from that number (480-788-1176) 12 times in 3 weeks or so..
i contacted the FCC, BBB n the Attorney General's office on going green solar...

I get these phone calls repeatedly almost every day, any time of day or evening.  I usually don't bother to answer if I don't recognize the caller on the caller ID, but in desperation I did answer a couple of times, politely requested they remove my number from their list.  Both times I was assured this would happen, but it hasn't and they keep calling.  What can be done to stop it?  This is absolutely harassment.

Take your scam and peddle it somewhere else Pr(i)ck, uh, I mean Dick.  If you advertised it like normal companies do and people wanted it, they would call you.  Instead, since it's a scam, (otherwise you wouldn't be doing it), you're too lazy to get a real job so you go to the extreme and try and intimidate people by calling them over and over.  The only thing you're doing is making a bad rap for yourself.  People aren't stupid and catch on to a scam pretty quick.  If this wasn't a scam and is such a "good deal" people would be falling all over themselves to get a hold of you.  Since it's not a "good deal" (at least going through you), people are avoiding it but you don't take the hint and continue doing it the way you are, (all wrong).

Yep, I was hired by Going Green Solar under the impression I would be selling solar energy to homeowners for an ethical family owned business. I dont think you can get any further from the truth. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING ANYTHING FROM GOING GREEN OR ANYTHING THE OWNER JESSE GEE has his named attached to. People,...do your homework before you make a home solicitation purchase. Yes their are some honest business' out there just do your homework. It does not get any easier today with the internet and all the information you want to know about a business that is just a google search away. Also Going Green has changed their name before and they will do it again. Be very weary of incoming calls claiming they will show you how you can qualify for goverment funded energy saving solutions for your home.

Any incoming calls to your home claiming to be a solar company is 100% a scam. Not even just solar, if a company uses telemarketing and for some crazy reason you are interested ask for the company name and a contact number, do your research then call them back. If they don't immediately respect that and give you whatever info you ask for it is a scam. If you read this and don't follow these instructions you will get ripped off.

I'm so sick and tired of this company calling my house. I cant believe what I am reading. They call all hours of the day  waking up my 2 month old. How is this legal ? We are on the DNC list. I was so upset the last time my husband did some research called the office of Going Green and some girl gave him Jessy G's cell number. (602) 292 - 0352 . My husband tried to call but of course he didnt answer, hopefully you will have better luck.
