I have been receiving phone calls from this number.  I looked it up on the internet and found this site.  They, of course, never leave a message.  I called them back within 5 minutes after they called me at 9:30 am.  I got a recording stating that the office was closed and for me to call back during their business hours.

I too keep getting calls from this number, rings I answer no one on the other end.  No messages either.  I know I am not late on any of my creditors?

You can call the number back and a Chase representative will answer.  Tell them you keep getting hang-up calls and you want removed from their call list.  I told them when I called that they were harrassing me and I would turn them in if they didnt stop.

I have had numerous calls from this number, although my phone is set to automatic reject, it still shows up in the log, is there not an attorney on here somewhere who can advise us what to do when one is already  on on the Do Not Call list ?

Dialer calls from this number at least 8-10 times a day, sometimes minutes apart. There is no voice or person on the other end, no message. Most times I answer, the call disconnects. They are harassing by constantly calling without identifying themselves.

Have received calls from this number; they asked for the routing number from a check and I did not give it to them, sounds like a scam. Don't give these people any information. Go direct to your bank and deal with someone in person to find out if there's something wrong with your account.

Got 5 calls between 6 and 8AM!!!!!..... Unbelievable!!!! They wanted to "discuss bank account with Chase". Told them to go F..Themselves. Total fraud!!!! Chase has nothing to do with them.

I just got a new phone & number and already I am getting calls from this number. They ask for several different people and do not seem to understand when I try to tell them I just got this number so please quit calling. They just hang up or do not say anything when I answer.

Seven days a week.
Day and night for the past week.
How do I get ride of this unwantedn pest?  Has anybody got an idea?

They have called me 6 times today! Is sunday before Memorial day! Don't know who they are and what they want. They never say anything when I answer. They called me last night at 917pm. I have a 4yo and a newborn 1mo old.

ditto. except i get between 10-15 calls/day. AND i have no business with these folks!

I receive calls from this number as early as 6:11 am - I have answered several times with no one on the line.  I have checked with my CHASE Account and it is in good standing.  I do not have accounts with the other creditors listed.

Yesterday I reveived 10 calls from this number, the first at 7:05 am, the last at 5:46 pm - it is now Sunday, 1:07 pm, and have received 4 calls with no one on the other line.  I have started tracking the calls and will be submitting the information to the FTC.

UPDATE

I received 3 more calls from this number - again, no one on the other line.  I called back - Found out that my last payment was late a $35.00 late fee was applied to my account.  They acknowledge that my account was up to date except for this late fee.

Her explination of why so many is that it is "automated" - She could not explain why I received calls prior to 8:00 am.  She could not explain why there are so many calls made in a single day other than to say it is automated.

She stated the calls would stop.  We will see.

I know that I am late on my Chase card payment.  That sort of thing happens when you are unemployed for two months.  I'm not ducking the bill (I'm not one to do that sort of thing) but I AM ducking the calls because such harrassment will not make my first paycheck come in any faster.

I added them to my cell phone's blacklist and instructed it to give them a busy signal whenever they call.  I've noticed in the app's log that they have already called four more times since then.

i called chase security and ask them if this was a legit chase number. they look in their system and said this was not a valid chase number.

Recieved numerous phone calls from this number.  I want it to stop! I pick up the calls but no answer and they never leave any messages when I let the voicemail pick up.  It's ridiculous and annoying.
