424 249 8190 calling from Foreign Investigation office in Cali saying I owed money to US cash advance. I've never taken a cash advance.  SCAM!!!

well today is April 22,2011 I have gotten calls from this indian man same guy different names and phone numbers in the past 2 weeks saved all his messages 347-709-1651, 209-208-3213, 646 area code saying that i owed $500.00 and he was from the legal department, consumer affairs, etc. his name was Frank stantago, steven smith, jack brown and other names, which i have all on my cell. last week i actually put a police officer on because this hindo wanted to speak to the "[***]" as he called him so i put the "[***]" on and he quickly hung up. The officer called him back and once again he quickly hung up. I have also reported them to the federal trade commission along with a police report. My attorney has also contacted them for signed documents from me still waiting..... lol no response from them yet....they actually make me laugh scammers. so just look for those phone numbers or jack brown frank or steven. It's funny what these F***en hindo's do

I got the same call yesterday and today and about 4 or 5 months ago saying the same thing. He couldn't even pronounce my name. He also said I had a lawsuit filed in my name and social security number against me. It scared me to death and I even had the boyfriend call them back but they wouldn't answer. It really scares me and I don't know what to do about this. I don't know who to call to report them except I might call the better business bureau. I'm tired of being harresed by these foriegn people.

Yes call the federal bureau of investgAtion...get a claim no.  I have one...spread the news and threathen them with this information ......this is  for on line internet fraud website is www.truste.org/consumers/watchdog-complaint.php...don't fall for this scammmm......
