I also used Power Windows and siding for both windows and siding.  I did get a bunch of calls leading up to the appointment and the install, but when all was said and done, I am 100% satisfied with everything they did. It was a big job, and to have it done the right way the first time, I would have invited 1000 calls.  I've had plenty of problems with contractors, so maybe my story is different.  I do still get calls, but it is nice to have a reminder that they are still around.  I was even able to set an appointment to fix my sofit, which they did at no cost.
