I ended up putting the number calling, on call reject inside my smartphone and found a place where I can just block out the number calling, when they try to call they get rejected.
I have no more problems.
And when they change numbers I just add that number to the block list on my phone.

484-725-6164 Called me at 9:32 this morning,6/10/2015, the caller id stated Allentown pa.No one on other end,a silence and a sound that resembled a bug zapper!,I am on the do not call registry.Theres so many of these callers,I truly think its the normal ,as theres not enough time or pay to stop them.I now put it on THE DO NOT ANSWER LIST.lol

Cease and desist--don't want these calls --annoying

6/10/15@ 12:36pm I received a call from  this number (484) 725-6164. But,  on the Caller ID,  the number was (+911).So I said "Hello", there was a male voice stating that he was a Sgt.  from a  Police Station, & that I was to call a Sgt. Wilson at the above number because there was a warrant for my arrest. Now, as I'm scrambling to find a piece of paper to write down the info because I don't know anything about an arrest warrant! He just stated his information and then hung up!  When I looked at my Call Log further,  I saw the number listed above & called it, & it just  rang & rang!

Same here, this number won't stop calling and there is nobody on the line.

Calls from this number 2 times a day no one there, call back no one answers Google it other people having same problem.

Some scammer keeps calling me from this Pennsylvania number, when I call back, there is no ringing signal and goes to busy signal. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO THIS SCAMMER.

I got an email with this number saying I had a voice message and should " click here to hear your message ". That was strange and prompted me to look this up. I get calls from numbers I don't know several times a day.  I let it go to my voice message thats says "If you are calling from a number that I do not recognize please leave a message and I will get back to you. " I never answer my phone anymore. Anyone that knows me texts me. The rare time they call I will see their picture pop up on my phone so I'll answer it.

This ******* number calls me 2-3 times a day everyday for at least the last 8 days..When i answer there's complete silence no one ever says  anything...no matter how long i wait no one ever talks....If I dont answer they won't leave a voice mail then the number calls back with in 5 min of it going to voice mail lets it ring 2 or 3 times then hangs up before my voice mail can come back on..When i call the number it just has a busy signal.....Then the next day the B*** S*** starts again.....SOME ONE DO SOME THING PLEASE...I cant stand it

This number has called me several time in the past 2 days.  When I call it back it just rings busy. All it says is Pennsylvania

Tired of the calls.

I got a call no answer.  I was put on the do not call list about a week ago so far i have received three calls.  One from this number and two other numbers 860-495-3494 and 401-437-5577.

No answer

Been called 2 times within 8 hrs.  First call was hello, 2nd call he addressed me by name...weird-ed out a bit. since the call then disconnected.

I called it back as I am in South Carolina and I have been applying for help with the flood clean up.Being a disabled widow I can't do all this. I called it back and it rang to Cash Loan Center. It asked for my zip code, my year of birth and the last 4 numbers of my Social Security number. I entered 0's. It then asked if this was concerning a current loan or if I want to apply for a new loan, That was when I hanged up. End of.

Got a call from this number. I didn't answered and tried calling back, the automated system announced "Welcome to the cash loan center, please enter your 5 digit zip code". How to avoid getting these scam calls? Any suggestions?
