Called our cell, no caller ID, no message - blocked!

Got a call. They hang up before my answering machine picks up, so they know the deal.  scam, I'm sure.

They called and invited me to an Oktoberfest in Germany for exchange for sex. I told them that I already have a boyfriend. He then hung up on me not after playing a polka song in German. Really one of the weirdest calls I have encountered.

Call ask if I needed a back rub and then played a German song. I actually thought it was my son pranking me until I noticed the phone number.

Called here by mistake, I think because we're in the US. I could hear people speaking in the background and movement but they never spoke. I said I could hear someone breathing, but they didn't reply. I hung up after a few moments.

Folks - this number is a marketing call. Don't bother answering it and in some countries and with some providers you will be charged for answering. If they are ringing your mobile, go to block caller and hit that button.

They said they were from Scotland and doing a survey, I just hung up.

Got 2 calls from a German number

Got 2 calls from this number in the last week but missed both of them.

Caller w/ foreign accent said they were from Bristol University doing a survey about people's attitudes.  Told them we don't accept solicitations and hung up.

Calls my phone about 1 once a week.  Just silence when I pick up.

Also getting calls from this number on my cell phone, twice this week, but haven't answered.

Obviously not usa # so didn't answer.  No message

Calls my cell at least 3 times per day at all hours! Don't answer & pray that they stop soon.

I recieve calls from this persin everyday at exactly the same time everyday at 5:38 pm or 17:38

A young lady said that she represents Washington University and would like to conduct a survey. I asked, why she us calling from Germany. She responded that their "mother company" is there. I told her that I'm busy and hung up. Need to call my provider and check if they will charge me for incoming call. Also, will block this number.

I did not answer.  Calls from the U.S. have a 10 digit number this caller has 13 so suspect foul play.
