Belgium. Received a short call from this number .Very short call you can't take up. I Obviously did not call back this swindler...

Same here. Belgium. Short call that ended before I had the time to pick up. Seems to be a scam.

Belgium. First call received 4/FEB/2018. Let it go to voicemail without picking up. Unknown number but no hidden caller id. Second call received 6/FEB 2018. Same visible number. Picked up and a French speaking male asked me if I had 2 minutes of my time to answer some questions. Claimed to be from a company called IPSOS (which is a market research and consulting firm, according to wikipedia). Asked how he got my number and replied that they picked numbers randomly from all over Europe (without saying from which source). Asked him to call me back later.

Update: Received a new call the next day, 7/FEB/2018, same number, but during office hours in stead of evening time as requested. Ignored the call. Did not get a new call since, do not intend to pick up even if I do.

Receiving calls every day from this number and not answering them after reading the above. If it's important then leave a voice message! I think it's not.
