Same thing. I just got a call at work today from the same "Cashco" place. Some guy with a middle eastern accent started yelling at me, Said I had a payday loan I never paid back on line. I said I have NEVER taken a loan out online. He started screaming at me saying that I was lying. I said NO. He tried verifying my address and I kept asking him who he was and where he was calling from. He screamed at me and said not to speak when he was speaking. He knew where I had my checking account but I never verified it. He kept saying he was serving me with legal papers. I told him to go ahead, bring it on because it's obviously NOT my problem. He then got REALLY pissed and started screaming at me. I hung up on him. Jerk.

I've also been recieving calls from these people.The callback number they leave is 813-388-4157. They are so persistant that they call back over and over again until I have to take my phone off the hook. How do I go about reporting this and who do I report it to?

The scammers are at it again!! These same guys that have a very thick Indian or midle eastern accent keep calling me and my mother in law!! They tell me that there is an affadavit for my arrest for unpaid payday loans. I don't owe any payday loans and these types of loans are illegal in the state of North Carolina. These jokers called my mother in law again today. I gave them the number of my attorney and then told them they better hurry up and come arrest me. Don't let these crooks ruffle your feathers. Even IF you did owe a payday loan...no one can have you arrested. Don't confirm any of your personal info with these guys over the phone and don't give them any information. Let them know that you're onto them and that their calling you is all a scam!! Report the phone number they called from on this web site and other phone number complaint websites!So far the authorities have been unable to touch these guys. The number these jokers gave as a return number was 813-319-2651

I haven't had a call from this number but I have from 914-595-7333 and 646-727-4437 and 707-508-4581. Always asking for my husband blah blah blah blah blah. This time I told them I was calling the FBI and they hung up. I called back the 707 number it was busy, then I back traced to a T-mobile number out of California. My hubby is planning to do a fake suicide over the phone with them - then we'll wait to see if they call again....Oh and the guy from the 646 number changed his name mid call.....

I have been recieving messeges and calls when I have picked up the phone from Affadavit Consulting Services and now today from Academic Consolidation Services.They threaten me with a law suit for up to the amount of $5200,is the highest.They say everything from my career,future,etc are in danger,to if I don't pay them immediately I will be arrested in my office or that I have to appear in the "Courthouse" in New York or California,they don't say where in either of these states just the state!!! I have an ongoing open case with the States Attorney Generals' office,everytime I get a call on my cell,home,or work phone or they call my elderly mother and upset her,I call one of our States Attorneys to keep everything documented.These men have very thick Indian accents,very difficult to understand.They are very threatening.The latest number they called from is 347-844-6831, the number they have usually called from is 917-284-9293,and another number is 716-701-6018.Everyone be very aware of these people.This all started for me in March 2010 and has been consistantly irratating since..

Middle Eastern voice has been harrassing me for almost 3yrs now at least one continues couple days a year stating they were going to download a criminal case at the courthouse for a payday loan. All legitimate payday loans have said that this is a scam trying to get people to send them $300.00. I have filed a complaint with the  The Federal Trade Commision who also advise that this is a scam. They have your SSN# and Phone number but cannot provide any other details about the alledged debt. They need to be investigated by Homeland Security I am sure they are taking this money around the country and not reporting it. The persons name is Robert DiCosta from the Affidavitt Consulting Services at phone number 626-768-2899.

I keep receiving these calls as well and they left two messages, within 3 minutes of each other, on my work phone. Same thing - online loan that needs to be paid back. I actually talked with two men, John Smith & Neil Thomas (although I think it was the same person) who keep telling me that I must make arrangements today or someone will be filing a suit against me which could be way over $5,000. I could resolve it by paying only $520 in two payments.

They are still at it, They are calling themselves Affidavit Consolidation Services, 813-708-1726, Robin Smith is the name of the person with the heavy indian accent. They are harrassing me and for the same reason, saying I owe for a pay day loan. They even call my work. Thank you for the heads up that I am not the only one they are harrasing, I will report them to the attourney general as well

These middle eastern wanna be debt collecting/attorneys/police officers/wtf ever else, keep calling with AMERICAN names (yeah right - just listen to them and try to understand them). The one OFFICER told me to suck his D***....come on, really? Anyway, called the FBI....everyone needs to report to  www.IC3.gov. Include all numbers, names, and all details so they can catch these dumb maytag school drop outs. CASHCO PAYDAY LOANS, ACS, ACH, National Affidavit Processing Service or whatever other name...lots of numbers. Oh, and they love it when you keep calling them and threatening to find them and prosecute them....Really, he kept hanging up on me...but he didn't call no more...his fellow buddhas did and still do. They seem to use lots of cell phones. States seem to be California, Florida and New York numbers.

DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO...THEY CAN NOT HAVE YOU ARRESTED....AND TELL THEM TO PLEASE SUE CAUSE THEN YOU WOULD GET DOCUMENTS....THEY WON'T TRUST ME...HE SUED ME YESTERDAY HE SAID....AND HE FIRED MY STAY AT HOME WIFE TOO....LMFAO....AFTER HE WAS GOING TO BLOODY HER FACE!

Everyone really needs to report to FBI so this can be dealt with!

some one calls me on my number he said that his name is Edwin Thomas and harazed me a lot then after an idiot named Amen watson called me & he was started takling about a law suite they rascals were from ACLS..............!!!1

Add "John Hudson" to the long list of alias' these guys use to try to convince you that they are legit.  This is the second time they have called me from "Affidavit Consulting Services" about a payday loan that was "deposited" but was never paid back.  The man told me to wait until the weekend to "see what is true and what is not".  What is scary is that they were armed with my full name, SSN, address, email address.......where or how do they get this information?

Yes i gto a call from these middle eastern people stating that they had a complaint form a online payday loan that i never got when i told them i had my bank statement and they had false inof they HU so i called back and asked for the name of the payday loan place and ph # they hu again and said have you  lawyer call so i did and told them it was a recorded line and to quit harassing my client said i have read numerous complaints about them and we were reporting to fbi and attorney general they said do what you do and HU again they have all my info excet the worng SSN i am freaked out what do i do??
