Hello,  I received a miss call from +49694056370.  can anybody tell me who is this and what is the purpose for this international call.

This morning I received a phone call from +49694056370 and they call me twice but I did noticed that I have phone call from this number.
I try to search in the internet the number that calling me a while ago and I found result in yahoo answer that this number is from a cde website a software company from germany. Why this company calling me if this number is a legit caller from that company, but I'm still confuse about this number and I try to search more in google then I found out so many results that this number +49694056370 is a spam and scammer call and some say that this number calling to other country and once you accept the call they always hang the phone and don't call back this number because according to the site they hack your phone once you accept that call.

Anyone experienced received a call from this number?
