I also started getting these after calling Qwest.  I haven't answered, but it's sounding like some Qwest contracted QA survey.

Anyway, I got a time share place to stop calling me by setting up my fax to fax them a message saying "I told you to stop calling me!" for two hours straight.  My theory is it hits them in the pocket book if you tie up their line.

* Here's the problem:

If you are on the National Do-Not-Call Registry, then they (Market Strategies) >>>already<<< need to not call you at all.

If you are supplying information at their website, such as your name, address and other personal data, then that is free information which they can sell off to other telemarketing firms.

I personally think the best possible result would be if some "Greyhat" hackers were to flood their business numbers, and their e-mail addresses, with pointless messages and calls. Give them a taste of their own medicine.

I also suggest that each and every one of us go here ( https://donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx ) to file a complaint about Market Strategies.

By calling all of us who are on the Do-Not-Call Registry, then they may be breaking Federal Laws. Let's get the Government to apply a little muscle!

Not true, they've called me 6 times in a row...and they don't leave a voicemail.  Once they called at 6:26am!!

I do not know if this is the number that calls me every single day, as many as eleven times a day, because caller ID only shows Unknown Name and the number 501.   If this is the phone number that is calling me often starting before 8:00 in the morning and continuing into dinner time, I would like this to stop.  I do not know who they are, I do not care, I do not want to know.   I work at home and the calls are very disruptive.
I note one complainant states they were told the company only calls five times a day.  Five times a day is still outrageous.  Why are these people allowed to harass us in our own homes?
