I just got a call on my cell phone from this number. I got a notice they left a voicemail but when I listened they just held on the line for a second then hung up.

Received calls concerning cattle report.    This was done before by USDA person coming to our house.   She told us she would probably not be doing it anymore.    They have evidently started using a call center that makes any kind of telemarketing calls they are hired to do.    They are persistent and annoying, called at 7:15 AM one morning.

WHY WILL THEY BE CALLING ME.HOW CAN WE STOP SO MUCH FRAUD? know it was .fake

Left voicemail claiming to be National Association of State Departments of Agriculture. Robocall voice said because there was no answer, they would try calling again. Due to number of filed complaints, I have blocked this caller.

I get a message from the Department of Agriculture also. There is no reason for the Department of Agriculture to call me. If I don't know why a stranger is calling, I don't answer unless they leave a detailed message about what they want. Sounds suspicious.  I'm thinking about blocking the number
