These are the most abusive people in the world.  They make slanderous remarks and statements to third-parties regarding claims, flat out lie about required contact, correspondence, and phone calls.  IF YOU GET A CALL FROM ANYONE WITH THIS COMPANY, GET TAPE!!!  Got that???  RECORD IT ALL!!!  From the very 1st to the very last because these are the most aggressive and abusive people I have ever taken a call from.  I for one am not going to tolerate it!  I've already started lodging written complaints for their unscrupulous behavior to the agencies that oversee their business practices.  OH AND, be ready for the "recorded call" they'll demand, and IF YOU ASK TO WAIT, for a witness to be present, to get a pen, be prepared for their theatrics to crank up to off-the-charts-mode, with the caller loudly exclaiming that you're refusing to give a recorded testimony over the phone, even though you are repeating that you haven't stated so!

They will claim you never answer, call them back, etc. HOWEVER, they aren't calling.  For me I can prove it as I only have a cell and I have documented proof that they never did, except for the one call by the original who finally took MY call after I called her for weeks AND after leaving messages with 9 co-workers!  Some guy JOHN then called the state worker (here) and told all kinds of lies; that he had called me many times, NOPE, not once - said I lied, that I refused to return to work, or a light duty job, all not true!  He lied and said I had never turned in ANY medical documentation, except then how would they have all the info???  Oh yeah...these people represent the face of Sedgwick, and apparently, this is one company that has no integrity and has no problem abusing people, even me, a grandma.

Oh and when they tell you that they're recording the call, guess what, by law you can as well, but SHANNON tried to intimidate me with, "You can't record the call without my permission!"  What a crock, especially since when she stated she was going to record me, I stated I was getting my witness and recoding the call as well!  These people need to be shut down!  I can only imagine what they do on a daily basis and how many people are so bullied and intimidated that they give up.  Well, for Sedgwick, when you read this, know this....you pissed off the wrong person.  See you in the news.

They handle the liability claims for a lot of major companies. Walmart, AT&T etc.  It is an insurance adjuster checking on your claim.

Yes, this is a legitimate number. I had an accident at work and I have been absent for two days now. I didn't answer because I didn't know such number. A gentleman left a message with information about my claim and gave me another number to call him back.

It’s a leave of absence/disability claim adjuster. It’s a valid company that handles casework and claims through your employer. Definitely not spam.

This is from Sedgwick which is a legitimate leaves and accommodation company they handle Leaves and Disability for a lot of large companies.

I fell in a Target parking lot and herniated 2 disks. This insurer for the Target chain (and obviously others) is scared to death I'm going to sue (I'm not).  Calling pretty regularly to ask how I am (like they care about anything but their bottom line).  I'm now ignoring the calls.
