I got the same type of text.

Got a text from this number asking me to contact them if I get the chance. I said who is this and they said it was Joseph a land investor wanting to know if I have any property for sale. Whoever it is, they are terrible at property grammar and had a couple silly typos. I said Joseph who? And how did you get my number? And no reply.

Received the following texts over the last few days: "Hi there, I have a brief question-could you touch base when you have a moment?" and "Greetings , just a quick question, Please get back to me when it's convenient."  I did not respond to either.

These are lures. Forward to 7726 as spam.
