If Humana would identify themselves when they call, it might get answered.

Since the caller has no control over what name is put up on the caller id then how are they going to do anything about it?

All other recent posts report possible Humana survey scams and you are compelled do some political trolling?

They called me 4 times in 8 minutes. Only one VM with the last call.
I didn’t know who was calling because the beginning of the VM was cut off. By looking here I knew it was an insurance company. They wanted me to do a survey. But how can I do a survey from a VM while it’s talking?? They need to fix that.

I got at least 5 calls from this number - for I guess from what everyone is saying - for a survey on how my interaction was with my last call to Humana.  Well, since I was still on the phone with the agent, how am I supposed to answer it and give a survey on something that hasn't even been concluded yet?? hahahaha
