This number calls me all day long enough is enough. I will answer and there is either nothing or it clicks over and says, "please hold on for the next available rep." i end up on hold for 15mins or longer.

So I hang up , but they call me sometimes at 10pm.

these people call 7-8 times a day and never leave a message.....i am busy out looking for a job !!!! as i lost my other one ,like alot of people now. I know i owe them $ but i have to feed my kids first, and i have told them this but they argue with me and threaten to sue me.

STARTED YESTERDAY. Comes up "CALLER BLOCKED" on my home phone. And they have my cell phone number & have left 8 messages so far. IS THIS Citibank/Sears credit card number?

These people AT 502-522-9998 are rude and will not give up. Ask for my child then demand to talk to her husband???? When I say she doesn't have a husband and I am her mother and ask what they want they slam the phone down.  Then they start calling from 502-357-7999 with caller ID citibank Univer same voice, same demands.  I am registered with Federal Do not call list and have filed a complaint. I suggest everyone else does too.

ID shows Citigroup...there is also a Citibank Univer at 502-357-7999.

Its Citibank for your Sears card, you have a five day window of opportunity to get your payment in those five days, if you should make your payment say...eight to ten days BEFORE that, they dont consider that your "current" payment.

So if you are about 6 days late the robots start calling at eight thirty in the morning and continue until about eight forty five in the evening.
I answered last Sunday morning at eight thiry..and reamed the crap right of out them. The woman had no idea how many times the robot calls

So for thinking you have made your payment EARLY, dont think so. It gets added as a extra payment. They should be sued anyways!

they called and no message, looked up and nothing no one I know

claimed to be from citi credit card company asking for an over due payment on an account that hasn;t been used for months.  called the number on the credit card and account had a zero balance.  who are these people (first caller gave brenda as name . 2nd person said name was brandy).  is this a scam or what.

Well maybe if Citi card had not closed all those accounts without notifying anyone when the customer was faithfully paying on them, they would not have so much debt. I was filling my prescription at the pharmacy and they said the card was declined.  That is what you get for closing my account you low life pieces of crap, and yet you have the money for a collection agency. Eat crap and do not ask for another bail out you low life bottom feeders. I had that account for over 12 years and always paid my debt now, I will never pay you back and do not care.

I'm sick and tired of these people calling and not saying anything will not answer. Who are you anyway?

It's actually Sears card. They called me to tell me I forgot to make my december payment and was 2 days late. Yikes i better go pay that. She was very nice actually and told me not to worry etc etc

Rude and threatening!

Just received calls from these two numbers for the first time today.  8:13am from 502-522-9998, 9:45am from 502-522-9998, and 5:59pm from 502-357-7779.  If I don't know who the caller is I NEVER answer it, so I have no idea who was calling me, as they never left a message.  I don't own a Sears or Home Depot credit card, and I have absolutely NO bills overdue to anyone anywhere, so I have no idea why they would be calling me.  I'm going to try calling this FTC number in Atlanta to see what they have to say about it.

Called my office number, did not leave a message. I called back and they said they were Sears, but I do not have a Sears account. They have also called my cell phone, but no message left (I do not answer calls I don't recognize)

never shopped at sears, never been to home depot and do not have a citibank card, so must not be what everyone thinks it is.....  i usually just pick the phone up and hang up as fast as i can...    :)~

Yes, this number is for a Sears card through Citibank. They called me (even though I don't own a Sears card; I have another card through Citi) when I was two days late! TWO DAYS! I finally called them back out of curiosity, since the number kept calling me ALL DAY. I spoke with someone and let them know it was an oversight, and that I would be sending the money, but they still continue to call!

I have no Credit cards at all.. don't want them.. got in over my head before, paid them off now will never carry one.. so who the F is this person calling me.. 502-522-9998  they can die for all I care.. i just answer the phone.. blow my coaches whistle in the phone and hang up.. they don't' call for a couple days.. HA HA HA>>>>

I am so sick and tire of people invading my privacy with these calls I do not want someone make them stop I never have nor will aI ever answer them so they might as well give up

they keep calling who is it

I called this number back.  It seemed sketchy, they tried to pull them selves off as a card company.  They say that the call was mis routed then ask for you card information.  Seems bogus to me.
