they called me sounded like he was drunk ,asked me if I would take a survey , I said yes he asked if I work at Ft Drum Ny work , I said yes and he said that was the only question, he mumbled something about civilian workers blah blah , very strange

I've been getting calls from this number numerous times a day for the past month. They call at any time of the day, even as late as 9:30 p.m. It is very annoying. We don't answer if we don't recognize the name or number, so we don't answer these and they never leave a message. They even tracked down my cell phone number and I got a call from them on it the other day. I had better not start getting calls from them on my cell phone! That would be totally annoying! It says in the info about their company that they do not wish to disturb anyone at home, well what do they think they're doing when they call people all hrs. of the day, numerous times a day for weeks? I'd call that disturbing you at home! Anyway, I just put both my numbers on that do not call thing on their site and we'll see if they stop calling in a few days.

I am on the do not call register but these are conducting a survey and are exempt. I have requested "politely" they do not call me again. They continued. Twice more. Same result. I demended they don't call. Falls on deaf eras. I just pick up phone and hang straight up now.

Barnett survey asks questions about executives who are charged of swindling money out of an energy company.  do not pick up!! They called my Cell!!!

got a call from this number and took a survey then got asked to try some experimental ciggerettes. supposed to send me 4 cartons and then i tell them how i like them. they never asked for a credit card number but did need my mailing address. i see what happens.

I just got a call. It was a made who gave his name (couldn't understand it), and said he was from the Burnett research group, wanted to ask about Television Viewing. Will find some way to file a complaint if I get another call. I'm not going to let it ruin my evening, but there has to be a way to apply survey companies to the Do Not Call list, since they sell information they get to acutal buisnesses,or try to scam you.

hate when unwanted callers call my number they need to stop they say they are  Bernett Research some telemarketer  and they need to stop calling me  i told them to remove my number and they have not so what should i do

These calls are not coming from Bernett Research.  They are coming from the maggots at NCO FINANCIAL a company owned by JP MORGAN/CHASE.  SPOOF CALLS are now illegal and carry a $10,000 fine per count.  Keep track of all calls.  Photograph all caller IDs.  Than contact your local US Attorney General's office and file a complaint.

This company (Bernett Research) is hired by ***COLLECTION AGENCIES*** to verify the phone numbers (and any other personal information they can get) of people who owe money.  

The surveys are completely bogus and are just a front for their real job - which is working for COLLECTION AGENCIES.

Oh, and if you enter your phone number on their website's 'do not call' list, you've just verified that your number is valid & they'll pass that along to the collection agency that hired them.

Anyone know who owns this number?  It has to be Oregon baded but is it a selling cold call? A political or religious message?  I hate that cell phone numbers arent safe; i understand landlines cause most are listed in phone book but cell numbers SHOULD be automatically " Do Not Call" numbers.
