1.) Illegal to call before 9 AM?
2.) Complaint with Do Not Call List
3.) Ignore
4.) File complaint with State of (503) area code, Attorney Gen. Office?

I  have been getting calls on my cell phone from this number. I never answer and they do not leave a message.  I believe this is all a scam, and not a telemarketer or home security company.
I am not sure of course, but they could be making these calls from skype, computer internet calling.
from what I read, they have something that can make it look like it is coming from a regular phone number, but it is not.
please everyone be careful.

I say if you answer, make it sound like you're having the most INCREDIBLE sex of your life in the background--lots of sighs and moaning (and if you have a spring mattress or a creaky couch, there's more sound effects right there!).....of course that might get you MORE calls LOL by at least ya might freak em out a bit.


Now to make them stop calling ME. >.<

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating illegal telemarketing calls in apparent violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

I got tired of this nonsense, and i just blocked the number....but i still get calls from other numbers....this is etremely annoying. But, i just keep blocking them.
