Calls my cell phone almost daily. How can I get it to stop??

Annoyance call.  No one there

this number keeps calling and no one on other end.

Just got 2 calls from this number today alone...
I thought if my number was on the DNS database telemarketers couldn't call me...

How do I go about collecting fines per call violation?

call randomly, no message, allow phone to ring only once

Receiving calls from this number, repeatedly.  Ignoring!!!

OMG I am so annoyed right now I dont know what to do. I have blocked every number this guy has called me from yet somehow I still manage to get calls. I keep telling him I don't own a home. The calls will stop for about a month and start again from a different number. I looked at the list of blocked numbers for this guy and I have 6. Something has to be done. I am on the DNC list but that's about as helpful and not being on the list at all

This number calls me about 3-4 times a day. I don't answer every time but when I do, it's always the same voice: "Hi, this is Thomas with home security. How are you today?" Earlier today I answered "bad" because I assumed it was an automated message (sounded just like one). He responded with, "I'm sorry to hear that. Can I interest you in a home security system today?" and I hung up. The number just called me again and he again said, "Hi, this is Thomas with home security. How are you today?" I said, "I need for you to stop calling me." He responded with, "Okay, I will remove your number from our list immediately." Let's see how long it will take for him to call again...

thanks for the info -    this number is from TOM from Home security and is very annoying.
If you tell him what you think of him and his annoying calls - he immediatly hangs up on you.
They need to find a REAL job and leave us alone.

Started calling recently - hang ups only - no message.  So much for 'do not call' list that is just a waste of time and effort.

Calls my cell phone.  Nobody there when I answer.  Is getting annoying.

Four calls today alone!

Same number, message that is recorded and follows voice prompts selling a home security system. There is no way to opt out. Tried calling the number and recieved the message your call can't be completed. Is there any way out of this? Home security.

calls my cell phone every two  hours, no one at other end. Wish I could find a phone number and spam them!

Answered the call finally and asked where they got my number from.  He said an on-line affiliate. I applied at snagajob or something like that two weeks ago looking for a part-time job, so I'm guessing they are responsible. I got a part-time job alright, flagging mass telemarketing calls - crooks!  At first I ignored and then more and more calls came.  I got tired of it, so I finally picked up the phone.  So,answer the call (lol, he's offering "free home security" )and tell him you live in an apartment... No he can't speak to the home owner because I rent... and no I don't live with my landlord.  No calls in 3 days. Hope it worked.
