I have received mutilple calls and pushed 1 to not be called again, I am also onthe National Do No Call Registry where I just finished filing a complaint. When it happened today, I completed the political survey and stayed on the line as instructed. An older man answered with, "This is Andrew Brown with Royal Caribbean cruise lines." I immediately told him that I am on the National Do Not Call Registry and I want these calls to stop. He didn't say a word, just hung up on me.

I didn't even answer the phone, but looked up the number only to find this site explaining who they were and what they were up to.

I got that call too, answered it nobody there.  You might want to keep track of these calls and where they are coming from and going to.  This could be a caller who has ulterior motives in  your town or state.  503-451 is from Tillamook, Oregon.  It is probably a telemarketer , however, this week in the news a man was bitten by an animal that had Yersinia pestis bacteria from that area. It's good that we're all alittle p'd off about these annoying calls.

The (SPOOFED) numbers change on this  CREDIT CARD PHISHING SCAM  - DAILY - as these CROOKS try and stay one step ahead of the LAW.  I believe the FEDS *ARE* doing something - they are BLOCKING the use of the spoofed numbers as they come up; but since the crooks keep changing, its like a giant game of Whack-A-Mole!

The pattern to watch for is the NAME of the caller: "IND SUR GROP/GROIP/GROUP" and  
"WASHINGTON" and PACTEL/PACIFICTEL among others.  Also, any AREA CODE you do not recognize is a pretty good sign its CROOKS.

These are CRIMINALS and NO NEED to be POLITE or give them ANY TIME or INFORMATION WHATSOEVER.

This number called me TWICE, so far, today.

HUH?  What do these calls have to do with that poor man getting sick? Are you insinuating that ALL people in Oregon or Washington are connected to this SCAM?  SHAME ON YOU.

Like most situations with bad people; its usually just a FEW BAD APPLES that spoil it for everyone.

And, most likely these calls are coming from OVERSEAS in places like MALAYSIA, PAKISTAN, The PHILLIPINES and INIDA, ALL MUSLIM COUNTRIES save India. These calls are just being routed through FAKE U.S. Numbers; to FOOL PEOPLE INTO ANSWERING THEM.

SHAME ON YOU for bringing the suffering of that man into this.

Got a call from this number tonight. Did not recognize the number or caller so did not answer. from what I have read this number is either a survey place, political or even collections. Either way. If you want a person's business leave a message otherwise you are a fake and need to be reported.

Called me in AZ today around 645pm and yesterday. No message left.

Got a call from this number 503-457-1350 using an automated system for political questions.  The system then said to stay on the line to be transferred to Caribbean Cruises for a free cruise.  It transferred to a live person named Stephanie who described the cruise package and then said that I just needed to pay the port tax ($59 per guest) and wanted a credit card number.  That is when I hung up.  Sounds like they are using a "phishing scam" for credit card numbers.

unidentified call, no message, put on reject list

This was a call on my cell phone.  I found on line it came from Tillamook, Oregon.  I don't know anyone from that number.

That is soooo cool and hilarious!

If his number is a cell phone, there is a cell phone do not call list too (probably works as good as the regular).

I get these on phone numbers I do not give out as well. Check the
features of phones and services to BLOCK the incoming calls of
these specific numbers. Last week it was area code 360 Washington.
Scammers. Tired of it as well. !

I keep getting Political Survey calls from Renton, Wa. I can't stand telemarketers.
I'm on the DO NOT CALL List, too.

called my cell phone; left no message. my cell is on do not call, but it doesn't seem to work.
