Called and hung up after one ring

Called my cell - pretty much one ring and then nothing. Didn't even reach voicemail.  Area code is northwest Oregon.

This number has called a few times but I don't answer it because I don't recognize it. They leave message. But vant leave a message because they usually only let it about 1-2 times. Weird.

This number has called me multiple times over the last week or so. I have never answered and they have never left a message.

Called me but i never answered. if its a phone # to me i never pick up unless they leave a voice mail, usually its one of my friends that got a new phone or something.

It called me last night & it's "reward redemption" selling $100 rebate cards. I chose #2, "do not call". Idiots. I'm ALREADY on the do-not-call list. I filed a complaint.

Has called 3 times this week. Hangs up after 1 ring

Same deal.  Called for one ring.  
My guess is this is how they are getting around the "do not call list". Because when you call back, you are calling them.  

Called and hung up for me too! I live in Oregon and it's a Portland area code where I was born and raised so I thought maybe it was someone I knew. I googled the number and this forum popped up. Scam I guess
