These people call my cellphone CONSTANTLY.  Very noisy background, thick accents, etc.  Something about Global Securities Solutions.  So annoying.

Last night an Indian man with a heavy accent and alot of noise in the background called my child's cell phone from this number.  When my child passed the phone over to me, the caller hung up.  He called again this eveing claiming to be from a Security Company and mentioned something about winning some prize. I told him that we are not interested and he just ignored me and continued to give his sales pitch.  I spoke over him twice and said, "No thank you, we're not interested" and with an annoyed tone he asked me, "Why, why are you not interested if I haven't told you what it is?"  I told him I wasn't interested in what it was and hung up on him.  I've instructed my child not to answer any calls from this number, or any other number he doesn't recognize.  But if I get a hold of this character, I plan to tell him that I'm on the "Do Not Call List" and that I'm going to report him.  This is clearly some kind of scam.

The number 503 563 0775 is owned by Global Crossing Solutions in Oregon which is an Internet Service Provider. I called them to let them know about these idiotic calls that I keep receiving from that number and that I have filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry and that if the calls do not stop I will take legal action against their company. Hopefully more people will call them, their number is 800 800 1170. I suppose if they start getting tons of calls they may actually do something about it.

Try calling 800 800 1170 which is Global Crossing Solutions which owns that number. They are an Internet Service Provider but they own the number...

I'm on the Do Not Call list and I got a call from this number.  A person with a strong east asian accent indicated that the call is related to my Total Security solutions business (which I don't have).

These people call 2-3 times a day.  Noisy background, can barely speak English, etc.

Just got an unknown call from someone with an indian sounding accent maybe or perhaps something similar. Number showed up on my cell phone as +503-5630-775 which looked like an overseas number to me. The man claimed to be representing a company call Total Security Solutions and asked if this was the main phone in the house. I told him it was a cell phone and he said thank you and hung up. It seemed odd to me and since my mother had recently been the victim of another scam I decided to look the company and phone number up. The company website looks like it was recently built or in the process of being built or something. Out of curiosity i tried calling the number back and got a busy signal.

I got a call from this company "NEW CO" at 9:24 p.m. 2/16/2012. I answered "Hello" and hear some noises on the line. The line disconnected after a few seconds. I don't know what the deal is yet, but I think they are up to no good.

I get calls from the number 5035630775, usually twice a week, and more than once, when they do call...usually within 2-3 hours apart.  I never answer, as they usually phone while I am at work.  Thus far, they have not left me any VM.  These calls began around the first week in Jan. 2012, and have yet to end.  Like most of you people commenting, I too am on the  Do Not Call List...for all the good it has done!  Judging by the comments, answering these calls is not a deterrent to these scammers...and I can tell you that neither is NOT answering!  I would still recommend not answering, though.  If you do answer, it only lets these scammers know that yours is a legit number, and therefore a potential mark! :/

I am so sick of these people calling my cell phone every 3 days.  I have made 4 complaints to the national do not call registry, with no relief from the calls. I received a call today when I was in the middle of eating dinner and I was not very nice to them when the thick accented woman said hello.  My response was you listen and you listen good you (expletive) I've already told you to take my number off your list, I have already reported you to the do not call list and I will report you to the attorney general's office, now stop calling my phone you (expletive).  The woman abruptly hung up after me saying that.  I then proceeded to file another do not call complaint but could not file a complaint on my state do not call list cause I was not registered for the state but I am now.  I was however able to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.  If this will keep them from calling me I don't know but I guess time will tell.  I'll see in 3 days if they call me again.  I am just so fed up that they keep calling and nothing is getting done.

The foreign accent said he had done a fire safety survey in my local area and selected my number from it.  My number is a private cell phone.  He hung up before answering any more questions, but said his company was something like "home security essentials."

There was a phishing scam. A man with a thick Indian accent claimed I won a home security system, but didn't know who he was calling. DO NOT GIVE OUT PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THEM or other scams.

Got a call at 10:55AM CST (503)563-0775.  Could hear small child but no one responded to "Hello".

I got two calls in two days. It sounds like Indian call center. Annoying.

I just recevied a call on my cell phone from this same number here in Dallas, TX.  I did not answer the call and did call Global Crossing (now Level 3).  They told me this number was not one of their phone numbers.
The number showed up as 503-5630-775 (appearing to be interenational).
I googled it and found this website.  I suggest not answering or calling the number back if possible.
It looks like some of these people on here are taking the proper steps to get this issue resolved and/or get these harrasing callers to leave us alone!!!!

the number +503 5630 775 started calling my phone a few weeks ago, at 8:00 PM, listed unknown. I didn't answer it, but just recieved another call at 1:00 today. Getting tired of it already, and I thought telemarketers weren't allowed to call cell phones?

I answered and all I heard was noise so I hung up! Annoying, they r not in my mobile to mobile calling plan.....
