telemarketers, "Black Rose", with unsolicited stock recommendations

Person addressed me by the proper first name (unusual) and identified himself by first name and company (I think).  I then asked how he knew me.  Caller responded that he had spoken with me in August about a company with ticker symbol CNO.  [My phone logs from Comcast do NOT show a call from this number.]  Caller solicited an order from me for in excess of $20K. Caller then tried 3 times to find out how much money I might have available to invest.  Caller then asked how I would react if he had given me 3 "home run" recommendations (CNO, T, and whatever the next one would be).  Further discussion, then caller then abruptly hung up.  I then called the company number back, asked for the compliance office, and asked to be put on the Do Not Call list.  This representative was polite and not pushy.

Same call...wanted me to buy 1,000 shares of AT&T at 26.72 after great ?? success with CNO

This high pressure jerk wouldn't let me finish anything I tried to say, that's what I get for being polite.  He even talked over me, so I yelled at him and hung up.  I don't understand why these jokers think anyone would ever do business with them with that tactic.

Solicitors - Black Rose - Act like they know you by asking for the person's first name

I am very annoyed with these people calling me constantly all day long at work from area code 503 719XXXX from different last 4 numbers.  When I asked them to stop calling me they hang up and call me on another line. This has got to stop!!! I don't know what Company is doing this because when I tried to call back it saying not able to connect. I am being harassed at work all day long and I want these people to leave me alone!!!
