This may be a shared trunk group for County offices.

This number called and I don't know anyone in the 503 area code.  It seems everyone else says this is somewhere in Washington.  Well I don't need a library, inspector, or county office!

It is a WA county office for something.  It is a disguised number so that you aren't completely aware who it is and you cannot call back.  For me it was the library.

It is not in Washington. it is in Washington county, in Oregon.

I received a phone call from this number a couple of minutes ago. A lady asking me if Jason is available. I told her no, you dialed the wrong number and she continued to pester me by asking is this number 971-***-****. I hanged up the phone since nowadays, you can tell the number you are dialing by this thing called caller id. If this is really Washington County WIC office, inspectors, or library I have no need of either of them.

For me, it was the Washington County Child Support office.  So, I agree with the above.  Must be a Washington County trunk line.

They left a voicemail message -- it was from Washington County Library services about items being held at Tigard Library.

Maybe washington county uses the same automated call system cause it's a library

I see alot of different washington county something or other answers so maybe it's the washington county automated call system cause it calls me and its the library

This is a trunk number for Washington County, OR.

For me this call came from the Bonnie L Hays animal shelter when they found my dog.

They are talking about Washington County in the state of Oregon.

It's WA county, yes, but there are multiple offices and phones within that number. Unless you know the actual extension, it's impossible to call them back to see why they are calling. If it's important, they will leave a msg.
