Same number calls my work phone on evenings and weekends, I never hear it, let alone answer it. I blocked the number though.

Left a voicemail about some market research for tell city hall. Just strange

Get a call at least twice daily on my cellphone; seems to happen mostly on weekdays; never leaves a message; caller-ID says Saint John, NB number.

Robocall supposedly a survey about "rural crime" -- caller ID shows "tellcityhall", and this is what the recording called it.  I hung up.

Second call from this number, never left a voicemail.

Never answer numbers I don't know so I don't answer. Going to block this number

My girlfriend gets the same thing.  Leaves a message with blank air.

I think disingenuous

If it is a legit number for a survey, it is exempted from the Do Not Call list.

P.S.  Exactly you can tell companies to not sell your information, except for companies that use third-parties.

Called today.
Said it was from Saint John and was from "anonymous".
Blocked them.
