Today around 10am I received the same type of call, the same phone number(508-283-4686) heavy accent, and almost the same type of harrasment words. Anyone knows how to stop it? Where to call? I told them that nmy lawyer will call them and they hung up.

I also got a few phone called from 5082834686 stating that I owed money from a loan that I never got. I immediately contacted my local police department these people should be stoped. Its funny that they are India people and have American names LOL get a life.

I have gone around and around with them and have told them (several of them) that they are a scam and I have reported them to the FCC and  that they are being investigated by the FBI and not to call me again.  I would report them to the FCC.  The FCC told me that this is under investigation.  I love the fact that they barely speak English and have these really American names--Tom Jones, Hazel, John Nelson, it's laugh out loud funny, now.  The first call was a little intimidating because they do have some of your personal info.

I have gotten the same phone call. But the only thing was different that I have to pay $125.00 by tomorrow or I would have a warrent for my arrest. The number is 5082834686 in the person was name Mill Johnson.

I have received the same thing, but the only thing is different is that the man name is Mill Johnson. He said that i applied for a online payloan too. Then, I told him that I have not recieved any loan. The conversation went on. First step was that I owe them $125.00, Second step was if I did not pay today, I would have a warrent for my arrest. I told the man that I did not have a loan and he stated that I may not gotten the loan but you have applied for  online payday loan then cancellation it. But he said that the fee for cancellation is $125.00 or be arrested. The number that I received the call from is 508- 283 -4686 in the person name is Mill Johnson.

I got a similar call and listened to what they had to say smiling the whole time as they told me I would be arrested by the local sherriff blah blah blah... Then I informed that my husband was a deputy sherriff and there was no warrant out for my arrest. She said have a nice day and hung up. For calls like these I have an app called mr number which you can set to block these calls. Sometimes I answer cause I like messing with them though.

I got a call from this number - (508) 283-4686 - the man had a very thick Indian accent and when i asked who he was he his name was "Mike Johnson" and started saying he was from some law office and something about my social security number and that he was going to transfer me to his manager and that i should give them the information for my lawyer. He kept saying that he's seen my social security and that he know's i'm not a criminal type (which i'm not...) and that i could get in trouble. After that I just hung up and he called again but i didn't answer. These people are CREEPS and need to be stopped.

I just received a phone call saying that they are the "office of law and investigation" and I have a warrant out for my arrest, and that I am being sued for 2 payday loans one for $300 and another for $500. They told me I need to go to my court house saying I need to sign some papers because I have a warrant out for my arrest. They asked for my lawyer information, when I asked them who I had the loans through they gave me some bogus name of a pay day loan company.  "Cash Advance America"    I told them that they are full of crap and that they need to send me a notice in the mail if I have a warrant out for my arrest and I am being sued.   They told me they are located in the state of Massachusetts.

Called my cell, home and work, told my boss i was being investigated and there was legal action against my social security number. I talked to them they would put me on hold for a manager who then asked for my lawyers information, I refused to give it to them until they told me what it was regarding, they stated a payday loan that i did not pay.  I asked the name of their law firm he stated DRNC Law Group. When I asked with what payday loan company and they hung up.

Got the same call that everyone else is getting around Wednesday of last week. Called me again this morning wanting me to Western Union them 973.00, then said they would take 500. So, I hung up and call my States IG Office, they said it was a SCAM and to just ignor them. So, everyone WATCH OUT for these people, they're just trying to take your money.
